Totally. I really like to think that eventually I could get my head round it, if it was never going to happen... just wish I didn't have to have all these years of not knowing first.
Sometimes I think the hope/PMA doesn't do us any favours. But then I can't imagine being convinced it won't work will help either. So basically whatever I think my mind is going to conspire against me.
Big hugs BZ, big big hugs xx. :grouphug:0 -
Sending huge squishy hugs BZ, hope you're okay x
thanks whattodo-mum is having a tough time with chemo and all its nasty side effects at the moment, she has been in and out of hospital for the last 8 months or so, so we just take each day at a time0 -

Good luck. As I have given up the TTC struggle now, I can keep absolutely everything crossed for you. Hope you will be back here in less than 24 hours with good news. Am impressed you haven't caved and POAS'd already0 -
At the risk of sounding like I'm at school - am I the oldest (TTCer) on here?
Just had a quick look at the ages on the other thread & I think I might be. I'm 41 - in my mind I'm 31, just a shame my body is not in the same place?
Not that it matters - women older than me have got pg.
After starting my Clomid a day late, FS said just carry on & finish a day late. Maybe it will make the difference.
VK - hope we see the back of you tomorrow!
Mrsh - hope you are managing some relaxation0 -

You know, this is about the only good thing I found about getting cancer. Any chance from here on is going to be very medically assisted, and probably many people will know about it. I found the secrecy, and always having to be strong and cool about everything emotionally draining.
So I don't have to worry and stress, and keep it secret now. And I won't spend 10 years trying and trying and trying...
I tried to explain how this was a good thing to a few people, and I really think they thought I was bonkers. But I think you only know after trying for a few years how much of a release it can be to be forced to let the idea go. It was really hard to accept, and I was a stressed heartbroken mess for a while, but I am much more accepting of it now.0 -
well i decided no point testing way too early at least if i do it tomorrow that will be two weeks give or take a day or two since nurse said i would ov
so i have those 6 day early ones so i hope for an accurate result
