I'm only taking folic acid. Tried all the things you mentioned (and more) and none did anything positive. When I took Soy Iso it messed with my cycles big time and I also don't need them anymore.

I know what you mean about bright pee though!

    Any news from VK?

I'm currently taking folic acid, vitamin c, vitamin b complex and zinc. I take iron a few times a week - my FS recommended it so I can't not take it or I'll feel guilty, but it doesn't agree with my already knackered insides. Endo adhesions, co-codamol and iron tablets are a recipe for killer constipation!

I tried agnus castus a few times but it gave me stupidly long cycles. They're usually about 30 - 40 days, on AC they were more like 80+.

I've got the boots conception support cos someone sent me theirs before they got knocked up and i've just ordered some inositil as it seems to have scientific backing for pcos ladies. will only start it next cycle though and it's my last one before clomid so doesn't matter much if it gets messed up x
