So, my SIL had a baby boy today. I am devastated (but I'll put something else in the card..)

That's twice she's skipped the queue now.

    Don't worry though..I'm in counselling..

Hugs chickpea, I'm going to be an auntie again soon too, I love my brother and SIL to bits, but........

    Good luck t2d! :D

Ttc40, I've suffered progressively worse with each clomid AF but it's also been longer off the tranexamic acid, so back to large horrible clots and gushes/leaks as well as the endo cramps :o I've decided to try taking the clomid at midday again this cycle instead of midnight, in case it made a difference to when the surge was for the CBFM to hopefully pick up this time (I'm aware there's little to support it, but I feel like I need to change something:o) and the nausea has been worse this time round...

Glad your mum was receptive V :) not encouraged by the clomid stats dropping after 3 months, but I did know that, and I am mentally preparing for being referred for ivf, if not for the actual process itself :o

 Hope af shows up in a timely fashion mrsh!

Lily, glad you're feeling better about it now :)

Hope you are feeling a bit better BZ :)

So, EC today. All went well - they have 11 eggs, and we will find out tomorrow how the fertilization goes. Am I the only person who hates giving their weight at these things? Its the main thing I worry about. Stupid I know...

DH did his part without any worry, but after they realized the Hep C test they were meant to do on Friday wasn't done. The test wasn't requested on the form, but they had some blood leftover from Monday so they will do it on that. Hopefully will know tomorrow as they need to know where to put the frozen embies.

I'm feeling a bit flat today. I also have picked up a Staph infection from one of my many hospital visits, so I have to do a protocol before my next operation on the 4th. They found it during the pre-admission checks (for the cancer operation) that was done last Friday. Just creams, a shower gel and a shampoo. Not too serious, but I was hoping for a week off!

The infection actually came up from a test on Friday. So at least by knowing today I could get the stuff from the hospital without another trip to the GP.

Sorry, I should be more upbeat. Things went well. I'm just tired, and ended up in hospital much longer due to infection, and a bit over it. Looking forward to a relaxing afternoon.

:T for 11 eggs, but :( for feeling down, hope you're feeling a bit better today, down days are to be expected, you are dealing with an awful lot just now :)

:j AF arrived-after I had phoned the hospital to see what they wanted me to do about going tomorrow :o So appointment is tomorrow morning for bloods, scan and prostap injection, I am cool, calm and collected about this-not a narky, teary wreck, honestly :o

Vk I've been told the same, re amoxycillin, and know it's given to pregnant women too. Hope it clears up soon. Hormone changes make boobs hurt, and you've been taking lots of hormones, so I'd assume it's nothing until a BFP tells you otherwise :)

Mrshappy, I feel like that just thinking about being referred, don't be afraid to feel how you feel :)

T2d, great news on 11 eggs!
I think the clomid should stop the bleeding being too lengthy, by manipulating my hormones early in the cycle. If I'm wrong I'll take the tranexamic acid again. Don't think I can take it just a little, it's all or nothing I think. Back to spotting now though, so hopefully that's the last time I'll deal with it this year...

    Can't remember anything else

T2d, I just read your latest blog post, and saw your p.s. about comments. OMG they make it bloody difficult to do! First sign up, simple enough, but you still can't post comments. Then work out you have to register for the online bit as well?! So I did that, finally comment box appears...but I can't select it to start typing in it on my phone. So, fail. And I posted an empty comment, just to see if it would ;):p love the pic though, are you not allowed to use any other hair products alongside? Maybe a leave-in conditioner?

Woo hoo - 9 little insurance policies in the freezer. They are only 1 day fertilized, but they don't wait if you aren't doing a fresh cycle. She said they are most stable at this stage.

No quality grading - but they were all mature.

So, I suppose that's me done for TTC for a little while. Glad it worked, as otherwise it was somewhat of a risk for no reward.

p.s. BZ and Abis, thanks for registering, I know it is a pain! The last blog I did was my own, on a wordpress site, and you didn't have to register.

I do appreciate the effort. :)
