Hugs chickpea, missed you too! :)

    Good luck t2d! :D

Ttc40, I've suffered progressively worse with each clomid AF but it's also been longer off the tranexamic acid, so back to large horrible clots and gushes/leaks as well as the endo cramps :o I've decided to try taking the clomid at midday again this cycle instead of midnight, in case it made a difference to when the surge was for the CBFM to hopefully pick up this time (I'm aware there's little to support it, but I feel like I need to change something:o) and the nausea has been worse this time round...

Glad your mum was receptive V :) not encouraged by the clomid stats dropping after 3 months, but I did know that, and I am mentally preparing for being referred for ivf, if not for the actual process itself :o

 Hope af shows up in a timely fashion mrsh!

Lily, glad you're feeling better about it now :)

boo to bad AF BigZ, could you take the transexamic acid for a little bit to make things better or does it not work like that?

    good luck today T2D!

Lilymay i'm glad you're getting a new consultant if you think they'll be more helpful, although obviously i hope you end up not needing the appointment

too too many quick BFPs on the other thread atm, makes me feel like a right freak, especially when combined with everyone showing off about their short cycles :p FF tells me i'm on CD50 and only just gearing up to do the o thing, i think. i don't want to say in case i jinx myself again lol

on the bright side today was weight in and i've lost half a stone since 1st January so that's gotta help x x

When I got pg my boobs were sore the day before I was due to gwt my period - I presumed it was just normal pre period boob soreness but they were much more sore than normal.

VK - Breast tenderness is associated with progesterone increases I think, which is normal in the 2ww. Fingers crossed it's a positive sign for you though!

    Hi all,

BZ, sorry about AF. I remember your very long bleeds and how difficult it was. Can the GP balance the acid vs the clomid?

So, EC today. All went well - they have 11 eggs, and we will find out tomorrow how the fertilization goes. Am I the only person who hates giving their weight at these things? Its the main thing I worry about. Stupid I know...

DH did his part without any worry, but after they realized the Hep C test they were meant to do on Friday wasn't done. The test wasn't requested on the form, but they had some blood leftover from Monday so they will do it on that. Hopefully will know tomorrow as they need to know where to put the frozen embies.

I'm feeling a bit flat today. I also have picked up a Staph infection from one of my many hospital visits, so I have to do a protocol before my next operation on the 4th. They found it during the pre-admission checks (for the cancer operation) that was done last Friday. Just creams, a shower gel and a shampoo. Not too serious, but I was hoping for a week off!

The infection actually came up from a test on Friday. So at least by knowing today I could get the stuff from the hospital without another trip to the GP.

Sorry, I should be more upbeat. Things went well. I'm just tired, and ended up in hospital much longer due to infection, and a bit over it. Looking forward to a relaxing afternoon.

p.s. My boobs are massively sore too! But I do know why at least. My nipples are really sore. I imagined that in the past, but I think I realise that this 'real' soreness is much more than I had before.

My boobs got sore last month but I wasn't pregnant - it was the progesterone! Its the least reliable pregnancy test when you're due on your period!(although I have to say, when I was pregnant, I was constantly touching my boobs in the first trimester to make sure they were still sore, and I was still pregnant. It was quite reassuring)

    T2D - great news with the 11.

I know it's easy for me to say, but I'm sure the down days are to be expected - it's OK to have a little wallow! And then just pick yourself up, dust yourself off & find the PMA which you know is there.

Fingers crossed for some good news on fertilisation.
