CD6 today, stopped bleeding CD4. Thought I felt really 'wet' today and when I went to check there was a fair bit of blood steaked egg-white style mucus. Just been to check again and there was some more. I've never had this before and I'm a bit confused.

    Any ideas anyone?

Sorry, can't help on that. Other than clomid is messing!

Lily I get this sometimes too :) in fact I think I got it the beginning of this cycle. I usually assume it's just the cm cleaning out the remnants of af, or rougher bd, or whatever.

Thanks, that's very reassuring. I'm not leaking it as such, I just find an abundance of it when I go to check my cm. Just found some more tonight although not as much.
This AF was a bit weird so hopefully you are right and it's just my body getting rid of the rest of it.

    Feeling better now :)

    You're welcome :)

AFM, my cm didn't dry up and my cervix has moved back up, so I don't think I've ov'd yet  Not giving me much faith in clomid's ability to do much of anything tbh :(:o

Zero side effects although I do have quite a strong constitution and have never had issues with drugs (except with DD's birth but that's another story). Did an OPK this afternoon and there was quite a visible line....I'm only on CD5! Hoping that means it's already started to have an effect and I will ovulate around CD12/13/14. It's tablets...they come in 50mg doses and depending on whether you are prescribed 50mg, 100mg or 150mg per day dictates how many you take. Easy peasy.

    Thanks for the reassurance. :D

I haven't used any ovulation tests at all up to this point. Been trying not to think about the fact we're trying too much (head in the sand!). Also because my cycle has always been dead regular. Is it best to start using them pre-Clomid, do you think, so I have a better idea of when I'm ovulating and how 'strongly'? Then I can compare to when on Clomid...

Fingers crossed for you that the Clomid does its thing. :D I read that something like 40% of women on Clomid fall pregnant, and as I think I mentioned before we've got some friends who conceived both their kids on Clomid. :)

Hello and happy new year! I'm still here, still lurking and still not pg!

Hopefully though, if not pg, I might at least be (thin)ner this side of next Christmas. I'm doing Dukan - and it's working! I'm an inveterate dieter, so never expected much...10 days in and I'm down 9 pounds! Wow. And hardly hungry - certainly less hungry than usual on my normal carb-centric diet. Early days, but feeling good about this one.

Clomid - never worked for me, but I know of 2 people who have got pg taking it in real life, so there's no reason not to feel a wee tiny bit optimistic.

    Good luck everyone.

lily - your post about a strong opk on CD5 (I think?) caught my eye. Clomid can mess up opk results for a week or so after you finish taking it, so it's worth keeping an eye on the other signs (cm/temp/etc) too, just in case.
