Thanks for sharing t2d - although sorry you are in this place.
I'm no medical expert, but truely believe that PMA is needed along with everything the doctors can give you. Please try and remember your optimism.
You have a lot to get your head around, but as others have said I hope that one day this is just part of your story which you tell your child.0 -
Nothing to add to what has been said already t2d. But thinking of you and your family at this awful time, what a rough hand you've been dealt. Good luck with the IVF cycle and that one day you'll be using those little eggs.
Best wishes, and sending you love and my prayers. xxxxSPC 18 Target £200 /0 -

I am so so sorry to hear your news t2d. Will be thinking of you.
Think it's about time to join you guys. I've been on the ttc forum for a long long time and lurking on here for a good while but just needed the confidence to make the next step up to here. I know quite a lot of you from the ttc forum and am going to continue lurking through there but after trying so long for a child I think I need the advice this thread can give me. Unforutely there's only so many times I can learn how to tell when you are ov and the advice the other thread gives. I'm not explaining myself very well.
Background for those who don't know me. We've been ttc with the help of aids to tell when I'm ov since oct 2010, but were ttc blindly since 09 and ntnp since 06. I had a mc in 06 and there has been no success since then.
I am planning on going to the drs to discuss this in the next few weeks.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -
Vesper, welcome.
I totally understand what you say saying. I find the other thread mainly consists of chatting and newbies announcing BFP's. I can come here and get useful advise from people who have (sadly) been through what I am going to experience. I also feel zero jealously when someone here gets a BFP as it gives everyone hope that there is light at the end of the, sometime very dark, tunnel.
Good luck going to see your doctor next week xx14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
t2d, so sorry to read what you are going through, there is nothing I can say that hasn't already been said, I hope you are getting good support in RL, and we are always here for you. Wishing you all the best in your treatment, please keep us posted xx0

Vesper - welcome to the thread although sorry that you are in the position of having to come here. We are a supportive bunch and there is always someone who can answer your questions and we all understand each others pain and sadness.
Good luck with the doctors, just starting that first step of talking to them and arranging initial blood tests feels like you are doing something positive.0 -
