Can you stay home and feel sorry for yourself under the duvet? You can always call up the surgery and let them know you feel bad. They are probably used to stressed patients, but not used to anyone calling up to even lightly apologize!

Anyway, have a hot sweet tea and a chocolate biscuit.

When I have calmed down a bit more I might phoned the hospital and apologise for being a b1tch. She was very apologetic that I hadn't been sent a letter but it's just so bloody irritating.

I am sitting feeling sorry for myself internet shopping instead. My card has taken a beating so far - £280!! Still, i do feel slightly better and I am going to gorge on chips shortly.

So - in some good news I suppose, I am heading straight to IVF next week, for egg collection in late Jan. In bad news, they will then be fertilized and frozen, on the off chance I may ever get to use them.

I'm not sure I can type the rest - not good news. Still in shock...

Hubbie is here. Family are all O/S though, waiting for an update - I'd hoped it would just be the end of everything today. But I can't make the calls yet - now it's just one terrible choice or another now.

God - what a stupid stupid f*&I£$ horrible mess. And I'm back to pretty much non-stop crying, which is freaking hubbie out.
