TMI alert. How is AF for clomid buddies? I've spotted since Wednesday. Thought today was cd 1 but hardly anything after a small clot on wipe this morning. Is AF different this month after clomid? This is very true!! I am diligently being the one it doesn't work for, so I'm expecting good things from at least one of you other ladiesFirst AF after clomid was awful. Really heavy, and REALLY painful. The next one was normal (for me - which is 7 days long and a lot of shilly-shallying about).
Still not touched the Tranexamic Acid, and even managed to leave the house without incident...! Hoping it's tailing off now, I'm bored now  I did manage to get DH to set my monitor at the right time for me though, so I could have a lie in!
Have you had a transfer now Runnerduck?"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
That look is definitely required!
Whilst it isn't normal, there's def enough to call it AF. Just inconsistent.
Why is this all so flippin difficult ?0 -

I dunno, but maybe it's having too much fun at our expense
I worked out if next cycle goes like this one, I'll be due AF on Christmas Day ...it'd best be good news cos I can't get trollied at my T-total parents'!"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -

While trying to enter my recent sick leave on the work HR system, I noticed there was an option for 'fertility leave'. It seems that I can have 42 hours of paid fertility leave - as agreed with a manager, and having shown them an appointment letter.
RIGHT! Just what I need - a discussion with my manager on my IVF treatment. I feel that is a type of leave that doesn't get much use! I will be happily using holiday leave if needed.
I'm off for my cone biopsy tomorrow, plus the further exploratory stuff, under a general. I'm more optimistic about it all as the doctor re-assured me that while it was quite bad CIN3, he was just being very overly cautious by also going further in and checking if the cells had moved into the womb. And even if they had, and even if (touch wood) it's cancer, it's not the end of the road for fertility. And he fully expects the cone biopsy to be the end of the matter. We will find out the results on Friday.
So I'm coping better, after a bit of an emotional breakdown last week.0 -
Morning girls,
I feel a bit weird saying this, and don't really know how to and i hope it doesn't make anyone feel sad. I tested yesterday and got a positive on a CB digital (2-3 weeks). I cannot believe it. I was absolutely convinced AF was coming, so the degree that I had some champagne on Saturday!
I rang the clinic to let them know, and they sounded a bit surprised too, especially when she checked why we had an appointment booked for the 17th and I explained it was to talk about IVF!
So...best of luck to everyone...I may see you again soon, but after 1 failed IUI, 1 abandoned IUI and a super low AMH result that sent me straight to IVF discussions...it appears miracles do happen at Christmas!0 -

Derby - great news!! Fantastic for you, and I can imagine it's a shock!
I won't pretend I am not gut-wrenchingly, horribly jealous, but at the same time super happy for you. I have v low AMH too, and am heading for IVF, but you give me hope and motivation to keep trying every month.
Have a safe and wonderful pregnancy, and keep us posted!0
