Ttc40, I have the same problem... I compromised (with myself!) to start it tonight instead of this morning. Cos it made more sense to me :rotfl:

Onestep, well, that's a matter of opinion ;) I'm interested in your journey still tbh. :) And there's always that fear for me that I'll get to the same point you're at now, one day. I think it's all relevant :o

good luck runnerduck! I'll be sending healthy embryo thoughts your way

as for the one or two thing, most if not all clinics are signed up to an agreement that they'll only transfer one unless clinically justified as research shows that it can be just as successful ( for the right types of patient) with one and there's risks with a multiple pregnancy and even with one embryo put back you could still have identical twins. in fact the clinics I've looked at all link to the exact same information on it, so i wouldnt be suprised if its part of the terms of their licence

Not had time to post anything, but been following all your posts, some interesting medical info in the last few days.

Hugs to BZ and ttc40. Can't remember who the 4th clomid cycle buddy was??

Can you do me a favour and tell Hope to bog off for a couple of days? I've been getting slight cramps for a few days and (.)(.) are still sore which is unusual. So I've been convincing myself the miracle has happened...
This is me. I'm CD 29, been having shooting pains (never normally get any) and keep making up symptoms. One of the girls at work even had me convinced my cold is connected to my immune system being busy elsewhere!! Unfortunately, I think reality probably is clomid didn't help me ovulate, so still on 40 day + cycle. Really should have phoned for blood test results before weekend :-(

pinkteapot - I agree with the others: chasing them up for a cancellation and/or explaining your disappointment for delay. It's their job to deal with your phone calls, worse case scenario they think you're a pest, best scenario, you get an earlier appointment. I think you've got to do all you can, when you can, so you don't have any regrets.

Good luck to runnerduck, will have fingers crossed for you

V did you have a tracking scan, or use cbfm/opks/temp? The other clomid buddy was tea, but she and clomid don't seem to get on very well

Stayed away from tranexamic acid so far...I'm kind of intrigued to see what kind of difference the removal of some endometriosis has made, but hope I don't mess things up by bleeding too long now... (and yes, part of the rationale is "trying something different" this cycle, cos, let's face it, we threw everything we had at it last cycle, and that didn't work )

TMI alert. How is AF for clomid buddies? I've spotted since Wednesday. Thought today was cd 1 but hardly anything after a small clot on wipe this morning. Is AF different this month after clomid?

This is very true!! I am diligently being the one it doesn't work for, so I'm expecting good things from at least one of you other ladies :D

First AF after clomid was awful. Really heavy, and REALLY painful. The next one was normal (for me - which is 7 days long and a lot of shilly-shallying about).

When the first one was so bad I googled it and there seemed to be a lot of different responses to it - some people were heavier, some lighther, some shorter etc. So not much help really, sorry! :o:cool:

Thanks. I googled this afternoon & saw differing info too.

It's def not normal for me, very stop start. I've kept day 1 as yesterday & started Clomid today.

I'm going to try & get to see FS on CD11 (if it is indeed day 11), for a scan & trigger injection.

V - come one, statistically it should have helped one of us so we're banking on you!

Runnerduck - hope today went well
