Congrats Lobster on your long journey. I have also been trying 6 years and am 35 on Tuesday, so feel like life is passing us by.
I had FET this morning and all went well, probably the most comfortable transfer I have had. The embie had grown from 4 cells yesterday to 8 today which is great news, they also did assisted hatching to help with implantation. Just have the dreaded 2ww now so here we go again. I will be working all through this one so at least it will take my mind of the sympton spotting.
The thing is we will never know what it is that makes people like us pregnant, is it just luck of the draw or medical science.BEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM

jujugaboo - very best wishes I will be thinking of you. That is wonderful news with your embie. I had a 2 day 4 cell transfer they wanted to get embie back in me as quickly as possible.
Our 4th attempt was our very first embryo transfer that is how bad my eggs were before! When I did get one embie develop previously it developed abnormally and had to be discarded.
I am still on my steroids I am on Prednisone. I have to start weaning myself off them on 30th July. I am also on Utrogestan as pessaries not orally and come off them on 30th July too. My Progynova (estrogen tablets) I finish on Tuesday. Just need to book another intralipid in.
Qquaver - I know sexy hey. I went down to our pound store to get a load of them. The aspirin is 50mg. Whilst I am on 40mg of cleaxane whilst pregnant they don't want me to take it. I have to take 40mg clexane up to 6 weeks after I have given birth. I would like to breastfeed so I will have to find out then what to do re aspirin, clexane, etc.
Sarahs999 - do you have the same problem as me with your blood? Will post the name of my problem later. Clexane is horrible is't it. My stomach is so bruised even with the ice packs. I am going to have to go on my thighs soon which I am dreading.0 -
I aclexane user and have always used my thighs, lovely purple and lumpy. But after 10 years of ttc I guess you put up with all of it for one more go.2 angels in heaven :A0

Here are my blood test results:
1) Heterozygous positive for the prothombin gene mutation
2) Homozygous positive for the PAI gene polymorphism
3) Natural killer cell assay showed elevated levels of CD19+, CD+5 immune cells
4) The TH1:TH2 intracellulary cykotine rations showed elevated TNF alpha: IL10 ratios as well as elevated INFg: IL10 rations
5) Her vitamin D levels were normal
One thing was normal - number 5!!
