Hi,
I dont know if this is the best thread for me or not. I realise that some of you may have worse situations that mine so I will try to keep this short. I am blessed to have a son. I had hyperemesis in that pregnancy but other than that have always been in good health. About 18 months ago when we started ttc af started spacing her visits out and was very light. To cut a long story short I had a large cyst on one ovary which was removed early last year. I was very lucky as the op went well but since then af is a no show.Tests last year showed high prolactin so started on cabergoline a couple of months ago. I had an mri which showed nothing abnormal, for which I am very thankful however the last endo I saw had no interest basically told me its up to me if I keep taking the pills to lower prolactin. So basically we are still ttc but how are you supposed to do that when you have no cycle? Also I was wondering if anyone on here has a similar experience?
Thanks, R0 -
Sorry Red I have no answers for you but someone else might. I think you need to see someone though as how are you going to get pregnant if you have no cycle.
Mok - some days are harder then others but you do just put a smile on and deal with it. Have a good cry whenever you need to.
QQ - sorry this cycle might be bust but I hope they manage to do something. Thinking of you.
Silly, keep relaxing and I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. Like I have said symptons can vary as I have had different ones each time but that doesn't stop us trying to figure it out. Hope the days go quick till test day.
I had another scan today which showed 8 follies between 9-13mm. I have another scan on Monday, lets just hope they keep growing. I am such a slow burner.BEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM

Good luck:)sillysausage1977 wrote: »Day 5 past transfer today and still nothing apart from my sore boobs

They are going to see if it'll mature overnight, but I'm not holding my breath:oQQuaver - Have they told you if they can do anything with what they have collected - hugs to you xx
Last time I had about 10 immature ones, 2 matured overnight, of which one fertilised. None went to blast:o (I have PCO so some may have been old eggs).
I have to have one or two months break as I have some work trips abroad which can't be cancelled, so will try to make the egg quality better in the meantime:cool:0 -

Not that I'm encouraging symptom spotting... but when my IVF finally worked I had far fewer 'symptoms' then the previous occasions when it didn't. I didn't really feel anything during the 2ww apart from a bit constipated towards the end.
Fingers crossed

Had our review Thursday. Didnt really say much, just that we would never know the reason the ICSI failed and asked when we want to go ahead with the FET.
Soooooo, think we are going ahead with the FET for Feb cycle. Walked out of clinic and suddenly realised cd1 is due around 8th feb  . Had it in my head it was going to be later in the month (dont know why). So now panicking about costs. A lovely relative has offered to loan us the money but we would like to pay for as much of it ourselves as possible if we can. Im going ebay crazy:rotfl::j:T Gorgeous twin girls born 1st Nov 2012 :T:j0 -
Oh let the relatives pay C4B - it'll make them so happy if it works!!

Hope you are all OK - I'm CD2.
Feeling optimistic, despite another BFN. Back to the clinic on Friday, hope they let us go again with the injections!
Congrats Winky - miracles do happen...0 -

Hello all, long time no chat... but I have been lurking. Just delurking to say that I got a BFP this morning! Am pleased of course, but as some of you will know, conception has never been a problem for me, hanging on to them is. This is my sixth pregnancy, but I have only one child.
We have our fingers crossed that the Chinese medecine and acupuncture has done its work. After four miscarriages with traditional medecine and methods, perhaps this will be our answer for our much longed for baby. Just four weeks today, so a couple of weeks til I can get a scan. Will start the Heparin injections tonight though; I have a supply left over from my last pregnancy. Here we go again!0
