I had acupuncture last night & really felt stirrings in the area of my right ovary - a dull ache like ov pains but I know it wasn't them because its far too early. I'm going to see the FS next week to discuss next steps, I'm not sure what the score is but would like to see the same consultant if poss - he's been recommended to me for private treatment so I'm lucky that I've got him on the nhs for now.

Well done Winky!!! Our body works in mysterious ways thats for sure.

I think I ovulated at the weekend. Pain in my right ovary - at least I hope it was ovulation and nothing more sinister. My ovary was very enlarged when I was scanned so maybe now the HcG has dropped it will be going down. I really don't know how these things work.

Just waiting for an AF now. First since October. I'm prepared though - I think....

Bad news for me today just been told that I have been made redundant today and the company is going into liquidation and I am not getting paid this month!! Couldn't happen at a worse time with IVF and just after Christmas so i am skint. Can't afford to get stressed and worried about it now got to look after my body but its not going to be easy.

Life is so sh*t at times, and this is one of those times I am sure I will have another one in about 3 weeks too.!

How cr*p jujugaboo. I know it's a drop in the ocean, but do you know about the ability to claim your statutory redundancy back from government if company can't pay it due to insolvency? Doesn't help of course with enhanced contractual stuff but better than nothing at all.

Been to CRGW, had my baseline scan and collected all the drugs. A bit daunted now!! I'm on 150 of menopur and 300 of suprecur. I'm planning to reward myself once I've done the injections tonight with my last glass of wine for the next (hopefully!) 9 months . I'll report back once I've stuck myself!!
