They don't actually issue all the drugs to you - just enough to see you through to your first scan, then they give a little more, etc. As a result, they can refund you. I got £270 back.
I also have Cyclogest left. This was what I had the worst reaction to, it has taken my body over three months to recover from it.
Shel, I had a similar issue this month, although I wasn't convinced I had ovulated this month anyway, but there is always a glint of hope. Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Oh, and I am not looking forward to start the Clomid - I am dreading it!!!!
I didn't have a good time with it, but I know friends who it barely affected at all.
Just don't do what I did and wallow in the misery! It will definately take you over if you don't put up a fight....:pAm not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o0 -

I'll try my bestI had a tiny bit of spotting this afternoon and thought AF is going to be here, but it seems to be all for now. I hate my body playing up - the last few cycles were 26, 25 and 27 days, this one is 28 days. Will see how long it will last!!!!! I just made sure I got the batteries today
Now - I am excited about getting a sewing machine. I used to do a bit of sewing when at school and university, I made a few clothes (including my graduation dress, which I loved), but I never owned a sewing machine, just used to use my grandmas or ask my aunt, or (mainly) stitch by hand. Well, it is time for change - get a machine for myself and start making my clothes again, and I should be able to get at least something that fits me, as I always have trouble in the shops because of my rather large bust...
Enjoy your evening everyone! (I also stocked up on cakes and buscuits, and I have unbelievable appetite today)Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

I have just been treated the the most shocking sales behaviour. I called the company to order a sewing machine, just had a question first, and after being called stupid, the man hung up on me! When I called back I was told to go away and he hung up again! And I only was asking about special offer... Oh well, complaint email out to the company, although looking online, it seems that it is their 'policy' to treat paying customers like that!!! ( sorry for the rant).
Back to finding another company that would be interested in £300+ sale...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Crikey Ginvzt, fancy naming and sharing them? That sounds awful, so I would be thankful you didn't get to order from them with customer service afterwards probably non-existent!
You might just inspire me to get the sewing machine out at the weekend!
Well, AF finally over with here so I'm feeling a little more normal today, thank goodness!0 -
hanks MadMac - I am getting over it. It was http://www.sewingmachinediscount.co.uk/, they also trade under different names (found out after a search on internet), I just can't believe they have any customers with this attitude.
I have to confess, that after the experience I was 'reviewing' my decision and nearly ordered one for £635, but I think I am coming back to my senses now...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
:eek::eek::eek: Hold that thought ginvzt, we are on a MSE site you know!!!!
Shocking customer service though, thank god you didnt find out after you had paid out.
Bit peeved, doc wouldnt try and sort out hormones - wait for consultant visit next week. Gave me a very mild dose of Antidepressant to sort out my sleep patterns - poo to that, ive started taking nytol to see if that helps. So Im off to bed soon (need about another 20 mins) for hopefully a better night sleep.

I think I am on a long cycle this month. AF was due thurs/fri (CD's 29/30) but DBS only started on thursday and I usually have that for a few days before AF shows up. I am now on CD33. Last cycle that went over 29/30 days was back in jan/feb and that was 38 days long.
I just wish my body would pick a cycle length and stick to it. Having said that we did have some upset with FIL shortly after last AF so that could have messed up this month for me. Also worrying about my smear could have had the same effect I guess.
Oh well....nevermind:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

I did try my best. I ordered Singer 8770 in the end, which was *only* £369....I know, it is a lot of money, but it is for many years to come! (Fingers crossed here...) The extra expensive one was combined embroidery and sewing machine, so it was money saving if I would decide to get an embroidery machine in the future, but I think this one will serve me for a while. I already have a first project - to make gift bags for my friends gifts for this weekend (just hope that machine arrives!!!). It is her 30th and we got her an olive tree, a special olive oil and I was going to get some cosmetics (bath gel, soap, etc) with olive oil to keep with the theme. The idea was that it will be something she can keep and remember this day by!
Ok, back to the topic - AF arrived tonight, and painfully. Didn't sleep since 4am, and since OH is not feeling well and he decided to go downstairs at about 5am, that is when I got up too... Oh well, early in the office - early home! Benefits of flexible timeSpring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
