Hi Lisa - that's such a shame, and pretty cruel. Science got you to a BFP and then nature posed the final hurdle.

Seriously, there is NO fairness in fertility. Good luck with what comes next.

Thanks for the info as well about Midland Fertility Services - I'd never heard of them, and they might not be too far from us - I'd like somewhere that'll perform an HSG - Although if they need a consultant's letter I'm stuffed..

    ++++++++

I had to smile congratulations to a neighbour yesterday when it became apparent she was pg - I'd been wondering, but she's a little chubby to begin with. Anyway, she spelled it out for me with 'when this baby comes..'

    She's 4 months pg - and already has a 22 month old and a 9 month old..

So she's skipped the queue twice!

I just had to make nice then go and cry in the toilet (again!)

Hoping for some better news on here soon!

I won, I won, I won! I've been Money Tipped!
so sorry at what has happened to you lisa, i was really hoping your news would be better than mine, sending you hugs, look after yourself.

the hospital rang me again monday night as my pregnancy hormones have risen quite a lot, and they cannot find out why, they rang me again last night to say we have got to go to another hospital about an hour away by 8.15 tomorrow morning, and they they keep saying i have to go straight to A&E if i get any pain, i have no pain. they are worried that it had embedded in scar tissue i think, the scan i had on monday went on for ages with 2 consultants studying it, i think they are baffled. i really want this to end now to be able to move on.

juju, hope all is going well with your icsi xx

    nichart, good luck xx

chickpea, i know what you mean there are babies everywhere, it will be your turn soon xx

hugs to all that need them

MTHFR test, Lilo u must remember we discussed that ages ago a year or 2 even? x it sounded rude itms x

I've written my 's list and have 8 questions now on it down from 24, I am paying my yearly frostie fee when i see him this afternoon, thats £250 and his consultation is £250 so it's gonna be an expensive 30/40 mins, He might as well attach a drip to our bank acct!

I have to make a concerted effort not to witter on as that will be time wasting, i'm going to let him speak discuss FET then ask my q's, I also need to keep my emotions in check as i've been a proper water fountain around him before and need him to see i'm able to handle emotions and drugs etc.........xxx

Runner really hope everything is ok xx
Here's hoping good news starts filling this thread and giving us all hope again xxxxxxxx

Runner hun, I think the 'go straight to A and E' thing is just part of their general demeanour, and may not mean anything in particular, they have said it to me at least 15 times, it is always stated as a precaution, especially with pregnancies, be them ok or sadly not.
I am so sorry you are travelling this road also, I hope that they can answer your situation soon, obviosuly wishing for a miracle for you but of course I am aware of the situations seriousness.

  • So sorry Lisa.

And Chickpea - I feel your pain. I was so paranoid that my best friend was pregnant yesterday. An email was sent and did the whole 2+2=5. I was analysing between the lines and reading into something that wasn't. I was wrong though. But this whole thing is sending me loopy. I need to chill out a bit.

I am seeing the FS tomorrow so will find out what the next step for us is on this long and winding TTC road. Will get OH's SA results too and praying they are improved. And also results from my HSG.
