I usually have a sheet of toilet paper ready so I could gently wipe the plasticky sides before resting on the packet:cool:0 -
hi all, just popped in to see if there is any good news for lisa yet? fingerers crossed, wishing you luck
i was having reflexology and found it great really relaxing and i felt positive after it, my practitioner won't do it once there is any chance of you being pregnant, so from my et i have been having reiki, which is nice and relaxing but i dont feel the benefits quite like reflexology.
MNC so sorry about your m/c, i have been there and its awful, hope your oh is really supportive.
juju hope you have a great spa weekend, there is nothing better than a girly break for relieving stress
Lilo sorry you have been having a tough time of it and hope things improve for you soon,
good luck to all in the 2ww
went to hospital to pick up more of the dreaded pessaries yesterday, and have got a scan booked for the 10th of march, just relaxing and doing very little at moment, but it will be worth the boredom if all goes well.0 -
Are you still on cloud nine Runner, how are you feeling? Have you got any tips for us IVFers.
Just had my reflexology and it was really nice, I nearly drifted off and found it very relaxing. I might have it a couple more times before I start the acupunture. She said I had tension in my neck and shoulders and my digestive and lymphatic system is sluggish.BEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM0 -
hi yes, still on cloud nine and feeling fine but tired and very nervous, and think i will be for the first 3 months, hopefully i might relax a bit after the scan in 2 weeks, glad you enjoyed yor reflexology, i think it helped me a lot. the only tips i think may have helped are i gave up caffine have not had a bath (i shower instead!) as they said that can be bad, and i did rest lots and still am, the other thing was i had a very bad back and cramping pains between 7-9 days after et which i was very worried about at the time as i thought that it was Af coming, but it was obviously a good thing and no-one had said to expect that0

I can understand why you feel nervous I would be too but hopefully lots of rest and weeks will fly by.
I don't have any caffine or baths and I do rest as much as I can when going through it. I had a very bad back around day 7 last time but still nothing. This time I am going to try and not sympton spot in my 2ww, yeah right!BEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM0 -
Just thought I'd come on and see if there is any news and found the thread on page 3. So I'm rescuing it. Just found out my next door neighbour is being induced today. Will see how thin our Walls really are. I won't say I nearly burst into tears when I found out.

Someone must have poas this weekend? or be itching too!!! xxx#JusticeForGrenfell0 -
Thanks Toniq. Yes I am fine. Just a bit surprised thats all. I'm always surprised when I hear that someone is pregnant and I feel like I have been punched in my stomach. I kind of lurch and go hot and teary and have to take deep breaths. It made me realise at the weekend how much I want it. Not that I didn't know before but its made me determined. Not with any of the ladies here though - You all deserve it :j
I have 2 friends that I am bracing myself for "the news" as I know it will be very soon as they just started trying.
Lisa - how are you doing? I was thinking of you at the weekend.Deposit savings £8,000/£25,000£14,000 by 31/12/110 -
Very quiet on here.
Lisa, today is testing day, hope its all positive and AF didn't come like it normally does.
Looks like no pessaries for me this time just the gel - oh can hardly wait! Start down regging 9th March.BEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM0 -
Good luck for Lisa and everyone testing soon.
Including me! Testing this Sun, on CD30 this month.
I will not crack sooner. I have looked out one test and sat it on the shelf. If it's a neg, then I'll test every day until AF - but not before Sun!
CCM - everyone's at it right now, I've just accepted it as a fact, and am reasonably zen-like about the many pgs I'm surrounded by.
But it is like a dagger to my heart too each time I hear someone else's news for the first time.
Except on this thread - on here, it gives me hope!0
