    And what a chilly one it is - good day for the car to get a flat tyre..!

    +++++++++

    I think follicle stimulating hormone doubles up as spot stimulating hotmone - I have another brute, festering twixt cheek and chin. Lovely.

    +++++++

    CD14 for me. DTD yesterday. I also got on the scales today. Gaargh. I've put on 6 pounds since 24 September. Which would have been fine, had I been trying to gain weight for a film role, but that's just not so.

    Back on the diet...but not starvation style this time - I watched five minutes of Mr J. Kyle the other day - it was a boring show, because it was an 'issues' show, so not as good as an all out shoutathon, but they had an anorexic girl on, they did tests on her, and apparently, because of the extremely low calorie intake, she had really high levels of prolactin, nature's hormonal contraceptive.

    That's the last thing I need, to lose weight to try to become more fertile, and in doing so raise prolactin levels with the opposite effect.

    I'm admittedly a long way from anorexia, so maybe I shouldn't worry about that, but it's a thought...

    Have a good day.

    It could be the Clomid. Then again, it could have been the crisps/cheese/chocolate...

    Ah, I'll blame the Clomid.

    Sorry AF arrived. The regular cycle is a good sign - I have a feeling lady luck is just picking her moment. This month would be a good one!
