    Thanks Chickpea.
    We dont yet know what is causing the problem. I cant even contemplate the idea of donor sperm until we know if DH is producing any or not.
    He got a referral letter through from our GP with a list of clinics we could go to, but when he rang our nearest they only had one single appointment date available. Crazy !
    He rang one of the others on the list and they seemed much more helpfull and suggested it may be more worthwhile getting us both in at the same time, but we are still waiting for someone to ring us back.
    Sorry to hear so many others are having problems. It feels really selfish to concerntrate on my own !

    New laptop, new me!!

    I can type - it's a miracle..!!!!

    ++++++++++

    Talking of miracles - we could do with a few of those on here. Fingers crossed Lilo. P.M.A.!

    +++++++++

    RD - December...that's not long, glad some good news came out of the mess up.

    Tabatha - I'd investigate your options, ICSI may still be a goer. You're not selfish worrying about your own problems, you just want what we all do, and I hope you get it, one way or another.

    ++++++++++

    I'm on CD21. Had a very vivid dream last night. I got a positive on a CB Digi, and had to show everyone. Then I started fretting and starting getting cramps. Then I woke up - and I was having real cramps. Weird. I think I had too much red wine last night.

    I am back on the wagon now though - I got on the scales and I've gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks. Eeek. Time to get on top of that.

    I got my Clomid prescription today - but the pharmacy didn't have it in stock. Curses. I want to have it safely locked up in my medicine cupboard before I call the specialist and tell her I'll be starting it next month, because we're set to be out the country on CD1 this coming month. She wants me to do the FSH test on CD 1 or 2, before starting Clomid CD2-6.

    I'm a bit worried about the FSH test. A high level indicates poor ovarian reserve, and I suspect that's my problem. I know plenty of people older than me get pregnant every day (I'm 37), but chronological age is not necessarily the same as biological age, and I think my eggs have been pickled in alcohol.

    Anyway, nighty night all!

    What on earth happened to me last night??? It started on my way home from work - I was sat on the train and I could feel a strange sensation in my lower tummy. I thought it had something to do with the fact that I have put on some weight this year and the trousers I wore were perhaps a bit tight.
    Anyway... roll on 1 am, I am nicely asleep in my bed and then IT woke me up. It felt like tickling in my tummy but not nice. Perhaps a little bit like AF cramps but not quite the same. It did remind me of the weird sensation I had when I had hycosy done in August (which nearly made me pass out in the hospital). It was somewhere in my very lower tummy but it felt like it was moving upwards through my tubes perhaps. It also felt like I needed to go and have no2 but I didn't really. I did rush into the toilet thinking I had started AF but nothing... not even spotting. I am on CD23 but I have very irregular periods so I wouldn't be surprised.
    So anyway that THING kept me from sleeping for a while but then it subsided. I still get a little twinges now but few and far between.

    And my temp is playing havoc as well - I had a massive drop yesterday - I'm talking from 36.5ish to 35.5ish but today it was back up in 36.5ish. But i guess that could be because of my night time antics. I've noticed that all sorts of disturbances have an effect on my BBT

    So, any idea what was that? Was it just a case of bad tummy? Am I going to be visited by the witch any day now?

    Sorry, I was in such a rush to post this i didn't even read through previous posts. I hope everyone's having a good day..

    Good morning!

    Sorry for the long post - I'm pleased to say that my cycles are more regular than my posting efforts! Although fat lot of good regular cycles have done me so far...:o

    Thanks for the reassurance re. the LLEZT/Cone Biopsy - sounds like I've got nothing to worry about there.

    hey

    Can i join?

    Bit of background....................

    Been trying since August 2007, first fell pregnant in December 2007 and had a missed mc. Was alerted to this at my 12 week scan on my birthday:( I passed this naturally 2 weeks later on Mothers Day :(:(

    I fell pg straight away again in March 2008 and had another mmc in April, it wouldnt come away naturally, I had too rounds of abortion drugs in May, but they didnt work and just made me have contractions without passing anthing so had a D&C in June.

    Stopped trying for a while and then in Feb 2009 I have Lletz for pre cancerous cells on the crevix.

    In Nov 2009 I had a spontaneous mc at 4-5 weeks

    In May 2010 I fell pg again and it was ectopic.

    We decided to give up and adopt but just recently we have decided to try one more time and we will start trying after Xmas.

    I currently dont smoke, hardly drink, decaf only tea and coffee, lots of herb teas, I temp, take loads of Vits etc

    Looking forward to picking up tips for you all

    xx

    Hello fellow newbie. My goodness you really have been through it! So sorry to hear about your trouble, you must feel like you're on a rollercoaster. If the tests didnt show anything up, maybe you have been really unlucky so far? All the best for your next shot at TTC anyway.

    Not the same at all, but last night I had a REALLY vivid dream that I was pg - it was very strange because I dont normally remember my dreams at all and I woke up convinced I was pg! I even automatically put my hand on my stomach to find a little bump but I soon realised it was because my bladder was full to bursting :rotfl:. Oh well, back to the drawing board!

    Chickpea - I was enjoying deciphering your posts with the crazy typing! Maybe you could swap a few keys round on your new laptop so we dont miss out ;):D?

    No pg dreams here, but kairi, do you think it could have been the spermies doing the dance with the eggy?:j

    Chickpea, even if the ovarian reserve is low, we only need one egg:cool:
    I'm injecting FSH to stimulate ovaries to produce eggs. My FSH was 7.5.

    I've done my first ever injection this morning! The needle was long, but really fine, so it didn't really !!!!!, but it hurt after few seconds though:o
    No bruises yet:cool:
    I think I can feel my ovaries cooking eggies:p

    No dreams here. Over the years I had a few, where I was pregnant, had a child, etc. None of them happened yet.

    AF is due in a few days, so we will be starting the treatment (hopefully!!!). I am scared, excited, worried, hopeful and pessimistic all at the same time. Hopefully, next week we will know a bit more of what will happen next and when. OH will have to go away with work again, for about 2 weeks (back home at weekend), so I will be on my own and lost in all the thoughts. I will have to start the diy on the house not to get crazy! (although we won't completing on the house till the second half on November).

    I don't know QQ, i think that should have happened quite some time ago. I was on 11 DPO (i think) yesterday. and I have that weird feeling again this morning. I do wonder if I am having a tummy bug though. it just feels really low to be anything to do with reproductive organs... but never know..... Aghh it's actually getting really annoying this morning. I'm sat here at work thinking I really just want to curl up in bed.

    Were you scared/nervous when you done it? where did you have to inject?

    On another note, I don't ever remember having any dreams of having babies or being pregnant. I've dreamt of other people being PG though

    On my stomach. I pinch it with one hand, and inject with the other.
    Needle is so fine, it was easy:cool:

    Fingers crossed you have a bean there:)
