OK - you win on who's had the suckiest start to the day!
AF arrived for me entirely without symptoms. Last month I had every symptom under the sun and was convinced I was pg - this month I had zero symptoms and therefore convinced myself I was pg. Wrong both times (I even had a teasing little evap line yesterday..). Perfidious AF.

Oh well, another month, another opportunity.
And, sort of in Boris Johnston's words, there are no disasters, only opportunities. And of course, opportunities for fresh disasters.

Hopefully my dinner of tuna and cauliflower should see off that errant pound. Good luck this month..0 -
Well, I am going to Liverpool, and they were 'kind' enough to tell during PIE that if you are from Wales, both partners need to by BMI 29 or less... That would be the end to it for us, as OH is quite a bit over BMI=29...
Good luck!
OMG.. I hope that is not nationwide!!! Although I am around BMI30 at the moment I hopefully wouldn't have much of a problem losing a few pounds but DH will never be that size. He's a farmer's boy, they're not skinny (ok and he may have had a few too many bears).
On AF note... my AF is super light this month. I'm talking hardly any at all. does anyone know if that have any effect on follicles and OV?
Well done who have lost some weight!!!! Don't worry if you have put on one, it may just be a little blip. When I watch what I eat and go on scales every day, sometimes they just go up although I may not have eaten all that much0 -
With reagards to BMI i got very upset over it all.
On my first hospital appointment i was founnd to have a BMI of 34 and told it needed to be 30.
On my next appoinment it was 30 and i was told it needed to be 29 as he ment to say UNDER 30.
I cried told him it wasnt fair after how hard i had worked.
Luckily he sent paperwork off with bmi 29 on it and 4 weeks later i was having my appointment at NURTURE in nottingham.
Which can i say did not weight me after all that just asked me my weight :OBaby Girl Born May 2011Baby Boy Born Nov 2012

No, it is Wales only. We are lucky we don't live in Wales...With reagards to BMI i got very upset over it all.

I was not told anything about my weight until I had my appointment in January to get another prescription for Clomid, where I was told that if it doesn't work, I will be referred for IVF, and I will need BMI of less than 30. No mention of 29. I came back in May with BMI just over 30. Got another month on Letrozole, and when I went for my scan I asked to weighed in and I was 400g less than I was told I need to be for referral. I have never had BMI of 29 mentioned.
Then, browsing online for reviews of the clinic I found that the clinic says you have to be 29! During the PIE, they said you need to be 29 or less, and in the information pack we have received, there is a table with the weight and height, and green section that is acceptable. And there BMI 30 is green! It could not be more confusing...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
I thought you had to have a under BMI of 30 for all IVF treatments, it is in my area. I never had PIE meeting either.
Good luck all with your weight losses.BEST WIN LAST YEAR - MULBERRY HANDBAGSENDING STICKY VIBES TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM0 -
Hi everyone. Im Tabatha & Im 39 (and a half !)
Im more of a lurker than a poster but Ive been hovering around on the TTC thread for a while now. I think I might be better off over here.
We have started the ball rolling going to our doctors, firstly blood tests which were fine for us both, then my DH went for a SA. We got the results last night. They cant find any.
Can anyone offer me any hope ?0
