Hey all, You were right it wasnt as bad as I imagined! Although the cramps afterwards were horrible OH made me a duvet day with a hotwater bottle cuddles and films and I fell asleep on him lol My ovarys are both fine although it took a few minutes longer for the left one to fill than it did the right one, the man never explained what that meant but I get to see the consultant for the results and the extended bloodwork results on Monday but as far as I could tell (which wasnt much btw, how the hell do they know what black dot is what?!) everything was fine as they both filled properly so just to keep trying as they havent found any major problems but will see what the other man says on Monday

Hope everyone here is well and good to see Leopardlady with a bit of PMA :T

Emmzy - glad all went well for you, looks like you may have exhausted youself with worry hence the afternoon kip unless the films were naff. Also glad to hear the person conducting the hycosy talked you through what was happening and what they could see cos it puts your mind at rest alot sooner than having to worry about your next app.

Could it be the stress of what's going on at the moment? Personally I'd put it down to that for this month but if you are early again next month I'd see GP.

  • Thanks shelly, last month was 42 days, this month it is day 22, but according to my CBFM I am still due to ovulate, and in the first half of my cycle - hence being totally confused! It appears to be the ADs which are causing the probs, but I just dont understand any more!

  • Well I have reset my CBFM for this month, and will wait and see. I think that I probably ovulated really early, or not at all this month. 42 + 22 days is 64, so I think the next egg may have started to mature in the last cycle if you see what I mean. From reading the bumpf with the monitor, I think some of it is based on previous months readings, so because it was long, then short, it had assumed it was going to be long, iyswim.

Well that will do for an explaination, anyways!!

Hope you are all well - lilo
