They are going to do investigations now that I have had three, but I have been wondering about an autoimmune disorder as I have another AI already and wonder if I could have a predisposition to them, I mentioned this and these are the first tests they will do.
All my mc's have been similar no real bleeding (I had slight spotting with the first) and no pain, all were picked up at scans and required a D&C, though that hasn't been discussed for this one yet.
I had my second blood test today to check my hcg levels they have gone up - a normal pregnancy would have doubled, and a mc should really go down, so I'm going for another scan tomorrow to check for the possibility of an ectopic. I'm feeling really rubbish - I've been in a foul mood all day I am so fed up with everything:mad:

    sorry for the rant

Make sure they look at blood clotting disorders too. More common than we think. best of luck xxx

Oh Cat, yet more waiting for you, I'm so sorry you didn't get more definitive news today. But I'm pleased it wasn't eptopic, phew. So take all the advice given and try and chill this weekend - however hard that will be! Come and have a rant whenever you feel the need, x

Lilo - enjoy! You deserve it. I'll have choc chip muffins awaiting your return, x

Ginvzt, well done - gold star!

Thanks everyone, I'm just so frustrated!! I hate waiting and not knowing exactly what is going on!! I know that in comparison to some of you on this thread what I am going through is not so bad

I also dislike not knowing what is going on! But - weekend wont last that long, it is only two days, and then on Monday you may have some answers. Just hope for a miracle, and it may happen!!!

  • Hi all

Well been in this morning and amazingly got 5 whole eggs - amazing as only on Tuesday there was the possibility of abandoning the cycle.. so we're (well I am anyway) just visualising the test tube, wine, candlelight and some barry white playing in the background and hoping all will go well overnight

Big hugs to Catw0man - can you get to see Lesley Regan at St Marys -apparently she is amazing

liloandstitch keep hunting for the PMA - you'll find it

    C x
  • Still no AF for me, very frustrating as 1st time ever its not arrived. Not sure if it will arrive at all this month or if that will be me until next month now

  • well, not such great news.. only one egg fertilised. I have a feeling it's cos I was on a super low dose for the first week and we doubled the dose for 3 days, so maybe they just weren't mature enough..
anyway we now have to wait to see if the cells split tonight and if they do then it's still on for ET on Monday

Best of luck for overnight meercat!
:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:

Meercat, it only takes one keep telling yourself - so I'll keep my fingers crossed that the one you've been waiting for is going to do its job overnight and make you super duper proud, x

Jiblets, you do make me smile! I hate going in for ops, can't ever look as far ahead as the fuss afterwards - so you are doing really well, keep up the PMA! I haven't forgotten your big day is coming, x

Hamish, might not have arrived for another reason - or am I just always too keen to think the best?! I think my AF is making up for the both of us today, making sure you don't feel left out! Chin up, m'dear x
