the me time is going well ...it is sooooo nice hope it lasts longer than expected lol...

went to uni again yesterday and loved it ...the difference when you have great tutor is second to none ...i am going in today again todays class is ok i dont love it but it isnt like tuesday either where i cant stand it ...

i think bob you are right we have to be careful and not make things too tight but i am sitting here thinking what is the right amount of take aways to have in a year ...if i was to think 52 a year and do a count down (like my squares) would that work ...would hubby accept 52 ...i think even 104 could be pushing it so is 52 just a step too far ? ok yes 104 a year is two a week ...so that is one for me and one for hubby per week ...is that unreasonable? we can easily have 10 in a week and not think to badly of it ...(and yes other weeks we can have none )if we have alot on and dont have anytime to deal with the simple things like cooking ...so what is a good number ? a good enough number to make it not easy so that i have to make an effort ...but also not too hard to make it seem like a punishment...hmmmm it is going to require alot of thinking would six months be a better way of starting?.....apparently it is now un p.c to say brain storming (tuesday class strikes again) i think the latest accepted terminology is think tank ....!!!!!!

talking of tuesday classes and ice breakers ...i think i have it ...

ok big a1 sheet of paper with a square drawn on ...the object of the ice breaker (wonder when that will become un p.c) is to finish the picture and understand the significance behind it ...

the finished picture has a tick inside it and the significance is that if you are going to work in the area of c*** *d then there will be a high chance that your job is just gonna be ticking boxes ...so here's what they look like so you can recognise them?

whaddya think ? will i get an f for that he he he he will i care ?

  • The question should be do you give an 'F'for effort;) depending on the 'f' of course- maybe he will get very into it if you cross all the squares with an 'f':D:rotfl:

You could call it the 'f' plan.

**WARNING **All advice given here should be proceeded with appropriate safety measures..don't want any unexpected things in 9 months or we will get an 'f' for advice..:rotfl:

Good job i am away for the weekend...................hehehehe

el - I think if you do 10 takeaways now a week - scale it back - half and then half again etc until you get down to 1 a week..... and after that try and reduce it again. Trying to do it all in one go probably isn't going to work.

A lot of our debt originally came from spending too much money on food... we used to be similar to where you are now... Changing has made a massive difference to our ability to live within our means.

saving you are totally right doing it cold turkey just wouldnt work at all ...which is why i need a plan ... the ten is just an example of the extreme (which we have hit in my family) since i had the "TALK" with hubby things havnt been just as bad and i have been doing the scaling down ...the thing is though i deff need to get on top of things once and for all ...so dont be surprised if i contact you soonish to get some ideas cause i think our problems seem to be similar to what you have had to fix ( if you dont mind that is)

right have been a wee busy bee again done two pieces of uni work and one piece of college work and helped a friend with her uni stuff and read another friends entry to a writting competition (50,000 words in a month )...and started to do some deeper research on a paper that is due in two weeks (will be glad to get that one done so i can concentrate on the biggie)

my finacial plans are kinda going off on a stray path again i need to pull it all back ...i think i am missing having someone to actually talk to that knows me well and can ask me the questions i need asked so i can sort out my ideas more ...i did have a close friend that did that job for me but she has moved far away and in order to talk to her it is gonna cost me 30p per minute (i so need to get skype) which is alot we usually chat for a couple of hours at a time so that really isnt an option just now and there is the seven hours time difference as well ...we do email everyday and catch each other on facebook but it isnt the same ...so i need to find another person that knows me very well that can ask me all these questions lol ...

right class today massage class that is ...now i get a good massage everyweek which really helps with the shoulder (which is still giving me alot of pain) unforunatley i cant give one back due to the shoulder but i am managing to do a bit more every week so maybe by xmas i will be able to do it often enough to pass the exam
