well mmmm ...today hubby got his offer in for his car accident ...it is an ok offer and we can do some things with it ...but as i was reading it it took me back to my car accidents ...and i remember i got offered less than half what hubby got offered and was told at the time that my offer was as much as insurance companies are willing to pay ...now i know my lawyer was a useless waste of space.... and to be totally honest as i said at the time (and i still mean it) i would give every penny and another £10,000 if i could get my health back to pre accident ...so i am sitting here happy that hubby has been given some sort of recompense but angry and wondering why i wasnt given the same offer,,,its not so much about the money(it is a wee bit but it is deeper than that) it is more about being treated differently ...is it because of the lawyer ? is it because i am a female so not worth as much according to society? (i imagine that will start a discussion or two lol) at the end of the day...we were off the same time had the same damage done to us... (infact hubby doesnt have shoulder problems) and have the same issues since ...and hubby did infact have a back problem before his accident (i didnt) ...

so then i am wondering what if hubby will go through what i am going through just now ...i really wouldnt wish this pain on anyone...so it has been a bit of a mixed blessing bag today ...a fairly selfish bag at that

As someone sitting here dosed up to the eyeballs trying to get through a working day, full of shoulder and neck pain, as the result of a car accident.......I can very much say I know where you are coming from.

I would give you a dodgy hug, but I fear it may hurt too much!
