well i got it done ..dont think it was any good ...but then neither is the class ...i was in class yesterday ready to pull the hair out of my head ...as i looked around i noticed a large portion of the class were on their mobiles so i got on mine and texted someone in class saying what the hell are you doing where are you on the moby ..she replied facebook ...so i nipped onto facebook and there in all its glory was a large portion of my class writting about diets and wanting the tutor to shut up cause he was doing their head in ....the rest of the people on their phones were playing a game ...ok i admit that is a terrible way to react to a class a terrible and disrespectful way to be with a tutor ...but i can assure you all this is the only class (well apart from the one he taught last year ...remember that one?) none of the other classes are like this at all we all listen and busily write notes ...so i thought hey listen to what he has to say ...might be something interesting ...so i listened for five minutes ...it wasnt it was the same rubbish from before which we had already heard ....but hey this is our education system eh ...

anway banking done everything is fine there i am due to get paid on thursday so i will be bringing my non colouring debt down to £200 which i hopefully will get paid off next month(depending on my wage due to sickness) so i can go back to colouring in ...i miss my colouring in (sad i know)...now that mil seems to be settled in better son seems to be more organised and i know where i am going with this shoulder i feel like things have calmed down enough for me to start prioritising the debt again ..

.have been talking to hubby quite a bit about work etc as well... what has that got to do with debt i can imagine your wondering... well his company are becoming more stringent with their workers ...i have to admit hubby has had it fairly easy with his work for the last 18 years but they have new bosses now that have fitted trackers etc etc etc (alot of etc's believe me) to the vans and they are starting to pull up the workers ...this in turn has started the workers stabbing each other in the back ...so hubby comes in from work and is disgusted with the bosses for manipulating the workers and disgusted with the workers for their treatment of each other ..he goes on to say i wish i didnt have to work there i wish i could afford to leave there ...i give him plenty of sympathy i do kinda understand what it is he is talking about ...and i agree with him ...he then says i think i will go looking for a second job to make my wages better so we can get out of debt quicker ...to which i say no ...ok reasons for this ...i know hubby ...i know he would just spend the money on something else before i knew it we would have a new car (which we do need) or a new t.v(he saw one at £1700 and wanted to buy it on saturday) or something ...so i explained this to him he agreed.but i also brought to his attention if we didnt spend so much on food which we then tend to chuck away cause it has went off etc we could put that towards debt his back wont get any worse and we could learn to live more within our means. and if we did our clicks and stopped wasting money (which we do still do though no where near as much as before).he looked at me like WOW he said you know i think that sounds like an idea to try ...that way i dont have to damage myself or go to work for longer than i have to and this way i get to see you more (he does love me bless him) anymore etc etc ...

so ultimatley (at the end of all of that) i think he may have had a mini light bulb moment ...i know it will be steps back and slow steps forward but i think if i can get him to join me on this journey then ultimatley it will take alot of the pressure off of me and we will get there alot quicker

    hey taxi you ok hun?

well yes it was a productive talk ...but then yesterday i nearly had a wobble ...my laptop is old and knackered and keeps freezing on me etc ...so i was looking at buying a new one ...dell had one with £555 off (still £900 though) so i spoke tonephew who said it was a great buy and i should go for it phoned dell they were gonna give me 1 years interest free to buy it phoned hubby he said well yeah you know our money situation if you think we can afford it go for it

...so i was tempted i really was ...then i wrote on the dfw board asking advice and i went away and thought long and hard about it ...bringing up the conversation that i had with hubby the other day....and thankfully came to my senses ...before i found mse i wouldntve even thought about it i wouldve ordered it and added it to the rest of the debt ...paid it off eventaully and by that time had taken something else on ...

but no more ...ok i am still requiring people to talk some sense in to me so i need to work on that ...but atleast it is a step forward

so i am going to have to save for a lawnmower first then a new laptop i think ...i do think though that i will have to start having a savings account even if it is only a small amount going into it ...i had tried this before but when money got tight the savings got spent and never replaced...

didnt make uni today again ...this is really starting to annoy me now ...but i am just not sleeping and i am in so much pain i have to talk to disability services tomorrow and see if they can suggest something for me ...not that i think they will be able to mind you

I have had similar arguments with myself over a laptop for DS and whether giving him a bed for xmas and birthday is really fair. But I've stuck to plan!

Good decision on the laptop methinks - we all have moments where we need a talking to and this is the best place for it! Good luck with disability services tomorrow, they tend to be good from what I've seen in the past from friends who had problems at Uni so hopefully they'll be able to help.
