Sorry to hear that you are still in so much pain.
On the positive ..you now know what it is.
I do hope that you can get sorted as soon as possible and am glad that the college is being accomodating...at least that will help with the coursework.

this was the accident that happened four years ago ...the one that took nearly two years to sort out and the one the lawyer said they would go for £15k but settled for less than £2k...i cant claim again part of settling was not being able to make a further claim ...i didnt want to settle as i knew i would have problems with this but my useless lawyer thought it best to ....

have taken tramadol 100's and some dihydrocodeine ...am feeling sick and feint so i am trying eat some food to stave off the sick feeling ...

the dr mentioned a 12 week waiting list to get seen by a specialist then the mri then another wait for the op so effectively i could be off of work for 6 months or so ...i dont get paid either so it will be a struggle if i am off ....i am not thinking of that though i am just thinking of getting better ...maybe this is the push i need to look after me ...

its amazing to think that such a small piece of calcium can cause so much pain ...and i am in so much pain

Hope the sick feeling goes away soon x

  • Aww, that's so unfair especially as it is ongoing. At the end of the day if there are still problems i would have thought that there would be a claim...but i have never dealt with these things so really would have no idea.

Hope the pain does subside a bit. x

Have to admit the pain has receeded to where it was at the weekend .... Still incredibly sore but no where near as bad as it was .... I passed out in Uni yesterday I don't know if it was the pain the drugs or both ... I suspect both ... Today I havnt taken any painkillers but still feel a bit sick .... I'm kinda hoping in a way that the reabsorbtion phase has maybe started and if so and it goes well I might not need an op ... Hubby has been a dear bless him ... I think he panicked with ne not being well and I know he is panicking about money but he is saying I have to get better that is the priority ( as if I would argue that one lol) bless his wee cotton socks lol
