I used to have brewers yeast tablets - I can't imagine how disgusting porridge becomes with the stuff spread all over it! You have my sympathies.
Enjoy uni! I hope.....2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I would go for the capsule version rather than the smeared-all-over-porridge version, personally!

i totally love this class ...it's the same tutor of the class that i loved last year ...this guy has such an amazing way of getting you to understand the subject matter ...he does it in such a non condascending way with a very gentle way of explaining things ...and we welcomes questions (which i tend to have a few of so i can understand things better) ...why cant all my classes be like this ...if they were i would be sooooo happy at uni i wouldnt want to leave it ...dont get me wrong i have tonnes of work to do for his class i have to write two reviews for next week and i have atleast 30 pages to read ...and i honestly dont mind any of this cause i know it will be appreciated and read and read academically critically which is what i want ...not ignored or read critically in the way of i dont like you so i think i will give you a d or a fail0
