Have so had enough already at 31 weeks. And am working up until 39 weeks. I am now just tired all the time. Had 3 wee breaks in the night, but managed to go back to sleep straight away. Have taken DS to my mums today, as its the first week of school holidays and my childminder is on holiday for the first two weeks. She is keeping him over-night and until i finish work tomorrow, so hopefully I will get a rest when i get home from work. (She has also taken a huge basket of washing to iron for me - she is lovely:D)

Finally sat down and discussed Baby names with OH Yesterday.
    Have come up with:

    Boys: Lucas, Sam, Jamie, Alex

Girls: Ava, Amelia/Millie, Elizabeth, Anna, Darcy, Ella, Rebecca.

We are so rubbish at this. DS is insisting on Jamie or Elizabeth. He seems to think he is incharge.

on the foof pruning - I just whacked it all off with an electric razor!

Gave it a number 2 all over and then used the foil razor on the top and sides for a 'close shave' - before you ask I didn't use OH's razor it is my own that has special foof clippers :D

Anything had to be an improvement - I was amazed at how far it had managed to grow!

I did mine yesterday. It was a disgrace, more off a thick forest. Couldn't see what i was doing, so just took it all off with Nair. I am now bald. Just hope the regrowth isn't too prickly, already have too many aches and pains to be coping with that too.

Out of those my faves are Jamie and Darcy

I do like Ava and Millie but I think they are quite popular at the moment!
OH named his brother - good job he was a boy cos apparently OH was insistent MIL was having a 'Matthew' not a baby!

    Nair?! Didn't that burn?!
Am sure I tried that a few years ago and it was very sore afterwards. I find it a strange feeling when it's completely bald however have just remembered I have two packets of Nair somewhere so might do that just before my induction date!

Oooh, WM, I love all those names! One of your girls' names is our planned middle name and two more of them were on the "maybe" list.

Ooo, I like Lucas, Ava & Ella :).

Also, Nair gives me a rash otherwise I would use it in a heartbeat! Caused problems on my wedding day (lol :rotfl:) so I'll stay well away from it for birthday day. An electric trimmer is a fab idea...want to get the Wilkinson sword trimmer thing I keep seeing on TV.

  • question ladies - how do you prune by electric razor with bump in way?! I do like to keep things tidy but can't see a darned thing! Last attempt ended abruptly with a nasty nick... could get OH to do it I suppose, not the most delightful of tasks...

  • Morning ladies - last monday in work today - only here till 1ish as I have MW appointment at 2 - need to get the train home, do my sample, pick up note and get there. It's good job the centre is only 2 mins away by car, plus they are never on time and IIRC 2pm is change over time too

Foof trimming - I did mine of Friday - it was like the scene from scary movie where she has a full on 80's afro and he has to get a chainsaw :rotfl: Now it's very uneven and I have a rash on one side, and that was with an electric trimmer - oh, and it lob-sided too, I could really reach all the way over to the left! I don't know what what's worse, before or after LOL - I hoping I've got a week to grow it back slightly, then get OH to give it an all over trim - maybe:o
  • Hi Glam - Yeah, think I must have just been run down on Saturday. Extra sleep and lucozade seemed to help. How's the barricading yourself in the office going?
