Congratulations Catz! Hope the twins are doing well!

No cleaning for me today, I have been warned by the Darling Husband. Need to do a tesco online shop, been meaning to do it for days. Crampy again today and just feeling huge.

Baby is averaging 36 weeks, and since my longest pregnancy was 35, I have never been this big and I always knew karma would get me back in the end! You can't do anything quickly! Walking upstairs takes ages (so you can't leave it too long before you need a pee, you might not make it). Getting in and out of bed takes ages. Getting is a little quicker but I always think I'm like a tree falling in the woods when doing it - Crash!

Anyway, I'm so lazy I only just got up and I'm off to get coffee and toast.
  • thanks everyone, you're a friendly bunch :D and you've made me feel much more positive already. Oooo and the shop we bought the pram from has just phoned to say we can go and pick it up today which is exciting, now I can have a play
Luckily we've got most of what we need now - the expensive stuff anyway which is a relief just a few small bits left to get really.

    Congrats Catz

Tia - lol - I've never been so grateful for a downstairs toilet as I am right now!! If I had to get up the stairs every time I needed to use it, I'd be in big trouble!

I have a little cleaning to do today, although DH has insisted that he will do any hoovering or mopping (or bending and picking up, or standing for long periods like for washing up - not sure what's left for me to clean!).

Triggles my only blessing is that we have a banister either side of the stairs and a grab rail at the toilet (for DS2). My SPD is so sore when I walk upstairs (had to stop driving) that I have to hold onto both rails and drag myself up!

Those two kids have just stolen most of my toast! And there is only white bread left gadz!

I was really pleased that ours is a different room from the bathroom. But it's so small that I keep wedging myself stuck between the toilet and the door :(

Plus we're four flights of stairs up. It's going to take forever to get out of here when finally in labour - unless they install a slide.

I'd really like that, actually. Hmm.

Happy cleaning, ladies! I've been doing some organising in between wrangling the Next sale and playing on the internet. There's an ebay auction ending in a couple of minutes and I wants it, oh yes, precious. Husband has gone out to the supermarket and then will be cleaning in the room that will soon be the nursery. It just occurred to me that it won't be ready before the baby comes, but could easily be ready for painting/furniture assembly/organising while my family are here - I smell a plan!

    Fitz, they are cute!

Depending on what your lo legs are like they should stay on. Both the boys were skinny so I used those socks that fold up to keep boots on. But it looks like you can pull them tight anyway.
