Hi everyone, I'm home alone at the mo as DH is helping his bro move his stuff into his house. Been keeping busy by doing the ironing, fun, which included lots of the new baby gros we bought also lots of second hand clothes and sheets for baby too. I have been ironing even the smallest baby gros, do you all iron them too? I expect once baby is here that will go out the window but I wanted them to look like new still!! Now ive finished the ironing Im sitting down with a cuppa killing time and catching up on here :) Weather is awful so dont really wanna go out!!

If anyone is updating the list, could they please add me a boy symbol, many thanks :)

Think we are gonna go to Southampton tomorrow to Mamas and Papas (and Babies R Us too I expect) as we wanna get the cot or cot bed and the sale at M&P ends tomorrow so fingers crossed we find one we like.

    xx

I'm just going to wash the baby clothes and sheets that haven't been done, then tumble dry them and I won't be ironing them!

Hi Tia, yes I wondered if i was being a bit keen ironing it all!! Some of the items were so small it was a job to get the iron on them preoperly, lol!! Spect I will look at back once the baby is here and chuckle at me ironing them and the last thing I will have the time or energy to do is iron, haha!!

    Thanks CSH :)

guess who's doing the nursery????? :j:j

Dismantled single bed, just about to hoover the floor and give it a good clean then put furniture in place (except the cot of course ) and give the furniture a wipe down. All we need to do then is clear room under our bed for the single bed to slot under. Still a lot to do but I'm happy we've made a start :j

OH will get bored soon so need to keep him at it!

Ness - get better soon vibes to you!

still need some more outfits and basics but am slowly getting there. will be able to get a lot more sorted now i've finished work.

went looking for some flooring for kitchen/sitting room today and carpet for baby room.

csh, can I have my induction date changed to the 4th August please, since the mean ol' clinic is booked up on Monday?

Also, I think niknak was being induced the other day so maybe move her to the "probably given birth" list? Note: this is in no way an attempt to get to the top of the list.

right need to go and do some food shopping!! wont be on here much till thurs wiht mum and sister over. then i will be on regularly!!

oh. quick update on weekly mw visit...
BP was higher than it has been but not at the 'GO TO HOSPITAL, DO NOT PaSS GO AND DO NOT COLLECT £200' stage. so i am hoping that the swollen sore fingers are not a sigh of BP getting higher and is just water retention....
