Natalie, mine was on Monday and took 3 or 4 wipes to get it all. Was thick snot-like discharge with clear bits, white bits, light green/yellow bits through it. I'm still getting lots of it so having to wear a pad. Plus, it's common to get some wattery discharge along with it, so best to pop a pad on. Though it doesn't mean much, I am 3cm on the outer os (cervix opening) but the internal one is closed and the cervix is still long.

    anyone got any mothercare codes??

Jillie, there's Mothercare cashback with Quidco and I think there's a code on there too for 10%. Be careful though that it tracks cause mine never do.

We were just wondering where you were yesterday :)

    Thanks ML.

I have only seen the rigid ones for hire. It's a day late for before 31st July offer and delivery to M/Cr will boost the price but better than spending £130.

    Will definately investigate this one.

Thank you  (RLT cheers that one) xxx

Wow, it's very quiet in here today! I, for one, having accomplished the mundane tasks of washing up & laundry am now going to make some bagels. Haven't done it for months & months and really is no excuse for wasting over £1 in ASDA when I can have fresh ones with less effort than a loaf of bread. Very MSE :p:money:

Had fun collating bump photos earlier...makes me feel better when I compare this weeks' with 13 wks!

Hi nesquic, did you get checked over by a doc after the car accident? How long ago was this?

Don't worry about the housework, if you're getting up at those silly hours then you're bound to be tired! As for your DS how old is he? Can you keep him up a bit later so he sleeps later? Or get him some blackout blinds, i know my house is so bright on the mornings. Also you should be getting some help with housework, even if it's just DS tidying him own room a little.

I hope things settle down for you soon, although i'm sure they will in time for baby coming!

Not such a great summer holiday for you then! Hope it all gets sorted out soon! Just chill, the housework will wait, you need to rest up.

Nessquick, I hope you're ok after your accident - that must be so scary while pregnant! My mother was in an accident when pregnant with me, some drunk guy drove into her car and then went to the local pub for a brandy "to calm him down" before the police arrived so there was no proof that he'd been drinking before it. I didn't turn out so badly :)

Aless I envy your bagel skills. Husband will make them if I ask nicely, but at the moment we have other stuff to be getting on with so I am bagelless. It's hard to buy them in the shops here too.

    Edit: hehe we're all lurking!

I went to the health shop earlier to buy arnica capsules. Apparently they don't sell them, although you can get a tincture. I asked how it was used but had no idea what the lady was telling me - so she did an interpretive dance for me. Apparently you mix a few drops with water, soak a clean cloth in it, hold the cloth between your legs and then shimmy on it. I almost wet myself - sensible middle-aged German lady miming a stripper move in the middle of her shop in the middle of the afternoon.

In case you're wondering, I didn't buy it.

    Hi Ladies and bumps.

Good news on the Mothercare front, got the vouchers yesterday and they had put and extra £10 in so £110 in total. And the letter actually says sorry. Yay.

Mum is coming next week to help me spend them but thankfully, before going into town this morning I put the £10 in my bag 'just in case'. When I got there they finally had the Humphreys Corner dress in, in the size that I wanted, and in the sale for £12.50. Yay again. Been trying to get it for months but everywhere local, and the internet, were out of stock. So chuffed.

Then took a wander down to Monsoon, to torment myself with all the nice things that won't fit me yet and found baby some little soft shoes that will match the dress for £3 down from £10. Am doing really well.

Stopped off at card place to stock up on birthday cards in case I'm too lazy to make them once baby is here. Should be 5 for £1 but when I handed over £2 for the 10 I had picked up the shop assistant handed one back. Not sure if it was an offer that I missed or her mistake but I smiled sweetly and left quickly.

Am totally shattered now though. Still load of housework left to do but legs and feet are hurting so going to rest for a while before I attempt any more of todays chores.

Nessquic - hope you are ok after accident.
Jillie - Glad you are ok too, we were wondering yesterday. ( look on discount board for codes, I got two to work together a while back and got 20% off, though I think this was a glitch and they may well have fixed it by now)
Sugar - hope bump starts co-operating soon.
Sorry for those I've missed but brain is shutting down after another night awake with heartburn
