Hello all..
Glam go with the cover its lovely..
Got my 28wk midwife appointment this afternoon, and then back again to work after boo, but have 4d tomorrow so excited.
We put teh cot up last night, a mamas and papas ones its was so easy to do, excellent quality and very sturdy I love it, dinosaur theme going well in the room just some blackout blinds/curtains to get and a few other bits but we have everything now...
Total spend on it all inc nursery fees of £300 has been £900, but we had £300 from family and just awaiting the 190 grant so not to bad. I havent paid full price for anything and everything is new apart from some baby clothes from e-bay and the travel system from e-bay which I'm awaiting on today eek quinny buzz 3 in sulphur with black carrycot and then we've got a black carseat as well.
I feel like everything is going a bit to well with this pregnancy, I feel huge and achy as expected but so far I havent had bleeds or anything, I'm just thinking today/tomorrow they will pick something wrong up, just normal worries I suppose.

morning mountain i dont think you can estimate that early to be honest the estimates can be pretty way off anyway but as far as i am aware a baby will put on about 1/2lb a week from around the beginning of the 3rd trimester. If we used that method now though by my calculations you would be having an 11lb baby which is a little off the scale:eek::jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -

I couldn't find anything to estimate birth weight - I just went with the 'baby is now gaining about 0.5lbs a week'. It is easier for me though with last weeks figures.
Nanc - I worry all the time and have done since I found out I was pregnant. It's normal. Hope your pram comes today - oh it's so exciting isn't it?
I can't believe that in 6 weeks I will have a little baby :j
Xmas - I think the Boots bag is quite roomy (although so far its only got 3 nappies and some wipes in, I started to freak out a bit so didn't put anymore in!!!) and I've seen loadsa people with it.
I think this weekend I might look at what I need to pack my hospital bag and then maybe the weekend after I might actually pack it! :eek:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

I knew what you meant,I was agreeing that the boots bag was pretty good.
What have you packed in your changing bag?
Going to use a small travel bag as my hospital bag and see if I can pick something cute up for baby to bring his stuff in (will leave it in the car until he arrives!)A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
