Ea I got confused about that as well but some websites measure crown to rump whilst others talk about total length. I had an early scan about 7 weeks or so, do you want me to dig out the measurement for you?

Anyone know if you can work out expected birth weight from knowing the weight now?

hey glam,,not sure if this helps but last week when i had my scan they said baby weighed around 4 and a half,,i asked what they think it will weigh at birth and they said about 8 and a half ,,so im thinking half a pound a week till due date,,,,

Well my little embryo measured at 9mm exactly which made me 6 weeks 5 days, but im trying to work out how lol.

well at 6 weeks 2 days my bean was only 0.52cm!!
So your little beanie must be growing very well. Its very confusing all this isn't it cos they told me that I was 6+2 based on babys size not my dates but 3 days difference between you and I must then mean 0.38mm which seems an awful lot.
Sorry ea I have probably confused you even more lol

EA- I had ascan at 7+4 and measured at 12.1mm. Don't know if that helps lol.

Can't remember what else I was going to say....

Woe is me alert: Had a rubbish day today went and picked gravel (yawn) then had a look around some garages for a new car, but I really don't know what I want ended up grumpy and bump was getting really sore with the walking about.
Last week I was quite worried about the amount of discomfort when I was walking but midwife reckons its because hes lying all wrong, and not to worry, still sore tho :-(
