  • When are BHs supposed to start btw? You read in some places that you can get mild ones from the 2nd trimester, and elsewhere that it's late in the third...

tia- will i be that groggy or sleepy though as the op would be done with an epidural, it's a local anaesthetic so i would have thought the top half of me would be fine, it's just my legs that'll be useless?

    does anyone know for sure?

I dunno... the epidural can make you sick I know that. But I'm guessing your OH will be there anyway.

This is one of those conversations where I go 'La La La La La!!!' :rotfl: I'm not listening!!!

And... I had to pop a pad on, talk about slimer? I feel squlechy when I'm walking about. :o

ML, I didn't feel any with DS1 (delivered at 35/4). Got them from 3rd tri with DS2 and from 2nd with this one. These ones though are mild contractions, not BH. I'm in early pre term labour, officially. Nothing is happening but we are hoping it is doing stuff on the inside and in 2 weeks I will be all ready for an induction (the midwife said they may just put me on the syntocin drip and see what happens, I'm cool with that!) :D

Anyway, they feel like your bump goes hard, best way to find out what they are like and if your getting them, is to away and have some 'fun time', an orgasm will trigger one if you are actually getting them.

    Morning all...

How is everyone my bump is expanding something silly, went swimming last night it felt so nice to have no weight to lug around..

Just wondered if you were all at work, on mat leave, or dont work, as there are posts all day.. I cheekly get on at work, advantages to office work I suppose..

Well less than 13 weeks to go, feeling like maybe I cant work up until due date ha ha, my back support is great though.. and I'm in a size 8 dress today, it is stretchy though ha ha
