    Hi all

Safely back on Scottish ground :D. Not much to report - no replies to my letters as of yet.............surely I will have some responses before I head back to London on Sunday.

A bit of housework and maybe a bit of ebaying today. Hope for a more exciting update tomorrow.....

Received an email today saying I've been successful to the "pool" (I've applied to a pool which means a certain area of Perth) - just waiting on a job coming up to be offered now. As and when jobs come up I'll be offered them now :D.

Still working - keep your fingers, knees, legs, toes crossed. He is doing a job for them which finishes end November and he suspects he'll be let go when that finishes. Its within a secure area and he is the only person who passed the CRB check to do it, so I suppose they have to keep him at least until the job is finished :o.

Aw love its all go. Good luck getting more shifts. Love the letters!

Forgot to say I managed to squeeze in 2 bank shifts which came up - Wednesday nightshift and Friday long day - should pocket around £350 for those 2 :D.

Slowly but surely the odd bank shift is still coming up - seems to be alot of sickness from the new midwives (and the old) :D.

Will hang on in there! No bank booked for when I head back but I'm there for 2 weeks so will take it as and when it comes up:eek:.

Our bank week finishes on a Thursday so the 2 shifts from last week will be split and received on different weeks. One should be due this Thursday but our stand in labour ward manager is very tardy with the time sheets so won't hold my breath and expect it next week. At last hubby's Saturday shift will be in his pay on Friday :D.
