I shall have a go at that thanks!! :D I see you do many a survey - are they worth it ?! What's the best?

I do Global testmarket which will send you around 5 surveys a day. Takes a while to accumulate 1000 points (most surveys are worth 35-50 points), however they send you a cheque for around £30 when you reach that mark.

Valued Opinions - most surveys worth £1+ and you are paid in vouchers. You can reasonably quickly get to £10, although they do screen out quite a'lot.

My very favorite is my survey uk (previously lightspeed). Most surveys worth 70points + so reasonably quick to redeem and you can claim any amount from £5 inc payout via paypal :D.

Can be soul destroying but very nice to redeem the vouchers. There are zillions of survey sites but these are my favourites.

I also use yougov.uk, one poll, new vista and a couple of others which slip my mind!!!

I've been surveying for a week now. Quite dull and I get screened out a lot. Hoping to earn some vouchers/£££'s to help with Christmas.

@PeterJohnson, there's a page about surveys on the main MSE site with all the recommended sites.

I earned a total of £280 in vouchers to help with Christmas last year:money:.

This year I only restarted them around August, and so far have managed £40 John Lewis vouchers, £30 Next, £40 M&S plus what's in my jar. Not bad. Every little helps:D.

  • Thats brilliant with the vouchers. Do you have to do alot of surveys for that? the only sites i found you had to pay to join and i dint know if that was right so i didnt do it . The same with the the mystery shopping.
Should have started them earlier me thinks. What does screening out mean? is that if you do them and they dont like the answer you give they dont use it?

Its when they ask you a few preliminary questions first and decide you aren't the kind of person who's opinion they want for that particular survey. Doesn't mean they don't keep sending you surveys.

I get screened out a lot because I don't have kids for example and they want to hear from parents.

You don't get points when you screen out.

You're right, you shouldn't pay to join.

Good thinking jellybean - don't join anything that costs you a bean!!

Screening out is when they ask you some basic questions at the beginning and if you don't meet their target population, then they stop you and you don't get to take the survey.

Join valued opinions, my survey uk, global testmarket, one poll, new vista, maximiles and yougov :D.

How much and how quickly you earn just depends on how many you can get through. You will get plenty of survey invites, it can be soul destroying though!!! Hours and hours of checking boxes, but then you get to claim a voucher and the sun shines :A.
