  • Just had the overseas removal man round for a quote - to move the car and minimal furniture = estimated at £4500  will confirm this afternoon by email.

Have been offered another telephone interview by another unit - might just take them up on that and let them fight it out over me;)!

Off to use my nectar points to buy a backpack in the Argos sale, this is so I can ride my bike to work :D. Also, have secured another 6 month lease on the London house taking us to April 2012. Life is slowly becoming sorted.

No bank money today:mad: - maybe due in tomorrow but usually is in on the Thursday. If not in tomorrow - woe betide them I'll be on the phone like a woman possessed!

I'm still surprised it took me 70 odd pages to string out paying off £25k:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Thank you so much for reading the entire lot, that must have required a few bottles of vino.

Good luck with your journey - feel free to hang around:j.

:j I will definately hang about. I love the letters to the muppets, it's about time the big boy bullies were taken on :D

Seriously I have looked forward to getting home each day to catch up :)

Going to pay off my HFC (Curry's TV) loan tomorrow so another one down for me!!
    According to ABBA apparently it's a rich mans' world . . .:p
  • Good luck with the PPI, I am due to find out by October 28th, fingers crossed !

Are you definitely taking the car with you? Or were you just getting a quote before you decide? Did he quote on just the furniture?

I can see they'll be fighting over you soon with all these interviews. :j
A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give

Definately taking the car Tixy - couldn't possibly afford to buy anything similar over there - they value our Honda Civic @ $20,000!!! So the cheaper option is to ship it.
