Still have £11 of vouchers left which should go a way towards the next round. £15 does my underarms, and the threading and tinting of my eyebrows so next time around £4 cash will do it .

Have checked in for tomorrow's flight:j, and have enough cash to buy a magazine AND a large glass of vino;) - now that's living. Think I will head to Heathrow early in order to lick the windows of the shops in T5.

Well, off to "hash up" the letters to Santander and complete my complaint to the Ombudsman.

Have brought my sold items from ebay into work to package up - now that's what I call multi-tasking .

Just daydreaming about the mountain of post awaiting my return tomorrow .

Done all of the surveys in my inbox - qualified for only 1 - never mind .

Off to finish my Ombudsman complaint re: Santander and the bodged up letters, and I've finished packaging all my ebay sales so off to the Post Office before the airport tomorrow.

Just had a cup of tea and a slice of madeira cake courtesy of the NHS - its a good day .

Well, the FOS complaint re: Santander is complete and winging its way to join a massive pile of similar complaints I'm sure.

Also, have written to Santander as they have breached the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 by not responding to my request within 40 days. I'm a kind hearted soul and I've given them an additional 14 days and the full account number (which I couldn't find when I wrote to them initially), before I escalate it to the Information Commissioner. I've also copied in the hounds chasing me for the stupid account.

Dont talk to me about santander they need there butt kicking into a paralell universe. I get high blood pressure jsut thinking about them. Waiting for my reply the second one! Will see if they can be bothered before the end of the week. They thought 100 quid for the mess they have got us in the last month was gonna do it i dont thin so. cost me more than that in higher interest payments as hubby lost low interest rate as they cancelled dd from barclays day before payment due and set it up for next month and dint tell us. 23 credit cards with late payment fees lost low interst rates and 3 late payments on credit file which we are now going to have trouble changing mortgage. hate them rant over!!
