Can anyone point me in the direction of the uses of the national concessionary travel pass? I know the basics, but is there a site that tells you more?0

i sent my phone by registered post on Monday to simplydrop, i received a couple of emails acknowledging that they'd received it and got the cash in my paypal account today (Weds). amazing service! would highly recommend based on my experience, however, i haven't had any problems, so wouldn't be able to say how they would deal with them!0

They are the worst company in history. I've been having an on going dispute with them a couple of weeks now and their story changes all the time.
Trust me, if you send your phone to them, you're just throwing money drop the drain!
BIG WASTE OF TIME!:mad:0 -
im thinking of sending my iphone 3g 16gb to them, as for fully working it states £206, which is quite good, thought id send it in before the new iphone gets officially announced when no doubt these prices will drop.
Ive just noticed a 1cm hairline split on the back bit of the case right at the bottom where the charger goes in.... Phone works fine though...
Just wondering if they will deem this as "not working" as they only pay £50 for a non working iphone which is obviously not worth sending in....0 -
I've just recycled two phones with them (I did each phone separately). I made sure they were wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap and stuck them in the postage bag each and asked for proof of delivery. I had an email to say they had received them and confirmed the amount, and shortly after I have received my postal orders. Still got to go and cash them in, but so far the service has been good. One of my phones did have a slight mark on the screen so I was worried that they wouldn't give me the money for that, but they have so that's good.0

Been waiting for 2 months for money for my canon camera i sent to simply drop. On my account, on the website they clarified my camera and stated that it was working and they were issuing my payment within 7-11 working days. Upon my arrival home from my (2week) holiday i found no cheque waiting at the front door. They had sent me an e-mail saying the camera i sent was not the same one i had said it was (which it was, they said it was themselves) and declared they had recycled it regardless and were going to send me a grand total of £0! I have sent them two e-mails telling them they should have sent my perfectly useable camera back instead of just recycling it. I am Very angry. DONT USE SIMPLY DROP.:mad:0

Sent my phone to Simplydrop on bank holiday Monday. Had an email to say they'd received it on Wednesday morning, by Thursday the money was in my Paypal account.
Excellent service !!!!0 -
Was really pleased with the service - got a quote a few weeks back. All the process very simple - envelope arrived and I eventually sent it off, having carefully wrapped it in more bubble wrap first - the bag does seem a bit flimsy.
A few days later they credited my Pay Pal account with the full amount - even though it was outside the period they said the quote lasted for, and even though the current quote was £27 cheaper!
V. pleased with the ease of service - sent a few emails back and forth as well and got quick replies.0 -
Simply Awful
I sent them a phone nearly a month ago and was approved payment. I'm still waiting for my money 4 weeks later, phoned them twice, the first time they said their database had accidently duplicated orders and that payment would be with me shortly...2 weeks later nothing, phoned up and they don't seem to have any idea what has happened. Come across as quite a unprofessional company who aren't very good at tracking orders.
Still waiting for my money and will not use SimplyDrop0
