Sorry to hear you've been caught with piggy flu an your mum's puppy. But good to see your debt coming down. Take some time to recover and then you can attcak the debt again.0

So...almost better! Its knocked me for six a bit, and the tamiflu made me feel so much worse, but I've finished the course now so hopefully I'll start getting better.
There has been some progress on the debt free path, but only because my lovely OH has been wrapping and posting my parcels for me. I have also changed the title to £15k worth of debt, as my OH has around £7.5k as well. I have decided that our life is together, our finances are together so I should include his debts as well. I'm waiting for his final figures on everything before I update my signature.
I have accepted that I'm not going to be debt free by the time we're married, but if I can get halfway there I'll be happy xMortgage when started (Dec 2013): £157,272.50

Glad to hear you're feeling better. Goid idea about putting all the figures together, no point thinking it;s not there and then having to tackle it after working so hard.0

Oh btw how did you change your title? I've been trying to do mine but don't know how to0

Another £10 on ebay today and a few more items finishing soon. Someone is coming to collect an item this evening and that will be another £5. Also had two cheques through the post this morning from Music Magpie, totalling £12.32 :j
I'm actually going to the wool shop this morning as well to get some bits to crochet a blanket. It was a bit of a whim decision, and no doubt I'll give up in a few days :rotfl:, but I was thinking we could do with one for winter, and then thought I'd try my hand at making it.
If I can get the hang of it, it could be good for cheapy presents for when my friends have babies! :T
Back to work tomorrow (I'm signed off until then so can't go back today even though I'm better as I'm not covered by the firm's insurance when I'm signed off), and am dreading my email inbox/desk to be honest. xMortgage when started (Dec 2013): £157,272.50

Feeling very low tonight
Can't really put my finger on it...my only friends are my mum and my OH and I just feel quite lonely. I'm sick of having no one to rely on, or havve girly nights with.
Just feel so lonelyx

Still feeling a little low this morning, my OH and my mum are the best friends I could ever want, but sometimes I just feel a bit like I wish I had other friends. We have people that we hang out with occasionally but no one that I could call a close friend, I just wish I did that's all.
But we deal with the hand we are given, and I do have OH and my mum so I should just be happy with that.
Another 35p on the scratchies this morning, and have a few items finishing on ebay over the next few days.
Natwest put the interest and ANOTHER charge on this weekend (for their charge taking me over my overdraft last month - nice! :rotfl:) so I have been put back a bit, but it shouldn't happen next month as I've paid off a lot of my overdraft now.
Well another Monday, best get off to work! xMortgage when started (Dec 2013): £157,272.50

Morning, sorry you're feeling low. Have you thought of starting to g somewhere new such as a fitness class, craft class etc. Perhaps you would meet new people and make new friends. I know it's difficult, but sometimes I tell myself the only way I'll make new friends is if I get out there myself and then I don't lol0
