    Another day, another dollar!

Only one of my ebay sales made me any money yesterday so I've relisted the lot with some amendments, but I have around eight due to finish over the weekend and all of them have bids on so far, so hopefully that will make me a bit! :j

Just logged into my Natwest overdraft online and the first payment has hit my account, which means that I am now (finally) out of my unauthorised overdraft and into my authorised one! Hopefully this month I can stay out of it if I can put in more than the charge will be (for them putting me into my overdraft with their last charge!).

No response from Natwest re my complaint letter, big surprise there! :rotfl:

Well I'm off to a Hen day/night today (cheapy as its Go Ape (I'm watching to save money) and then cocktails round her house) and tomorrow we're going to look at wedding rings (which we have the money for in the savings) :j so I may not be able to post until the evening.

Have a good weekend everyone! xxx

    Hi,
Just wanted to say good luck with becoming debt free before your wedding - you seem to be doing really well already though with all this extra money making, well done!
I will be following your progress - if you dont mind that is!

Of course Flower08, thanks for following my diary! It makes me more focused to know that there are people keeping an eye on how I'm doing (promise to PM me if you notice me slacking!) :rotfl:

So I had quite a good weekend, I only spent £9 on the whole hen weekend which I don't think was too bad. There was a virgin vie party and everyone else spent like £50 and I resisted and bought nothing! I only spent money on lunch and then bought our best man's mum (who was the mother-in-law to be of the bride) a piece of cake and cup of tea (she didn't have any cash on her).

I have also sold some more ebay stuff, so after all my month's fees have been paid I've sent another £7.45 to my overdraft, and have another 5 items due to finish tonight (all of which have bids on at the moment!) :j

Its so great to see those figures come down. On a usual weekend BD (Before DFW!) I would have spent a fortune on that virgin vie stuff so I'm so proud of myself! :D x

Well done and glad to hear you had a good weekend. Ebay sounds like its doing well for you. I had a blip and spent some paypal money this weekend on winter bits for dd2 but even so I need to sell more now lol.

    Thanks Yukkibear and Flower08! :D

Its such a great help to know that there are people out there keeping an eye on my progress, and I promise you can give me a virtual kick up the bum if I start slacking! :rotfl:

I've made another payment of £9.82 this morning to my overdraft (from more ebay sales), so that's another dent in the debt. I've also listed a couple of other bits on Music Magpie yesterday, not a massive amount but every penny counts. Will be routing around the house tonight to see if there's anything more I can sell! :T

Well done on listing your items Flower08, I hope you get a good price for them. Don't worry about the paypal funds Yukkibear, I always think if you have to get something, its better to get it from paypal funds as its "extra money" - its like paying for the item directly with the old junk you've sold on ebay! :rotfl:

Well better get back to work I suppose, here's to a great DFW NSD! :D x

Yes I agree which is why I don't feel too bad but I would have still liked to chuck it all at my debt.

Managed a mostly NSD today (bought a paper for 65p - not exactly an essential but not outrageous either!).

I signed up for a mystery shopping company today, thought I'd see what that's all about. Also listed 2 more items (but biggies) so hopefully they'll bring in a few pennies. :money:

Got a terrible sore throat this afternoon and just found out someone at work is off today with Swine Flu. I swear to god if they've given it to me I'll whallop them when they get back! :rotfl:

Will see what else I can find to list tonight! x
