Thanks savingholmes! Yes I am feeling quite motivated. It sounds weird but it is actually making me feel better because my house is starting to look nicer as well. I am slowly but surely getting rid of the piles of junk! :rotfl:

So, my internet passwords are now here, and I have my paypal connected to my overdraft, so I have made my first payment off the debt today! £25 down off my overdraft.

I also had an email from Green Metropolis today to say that I've sold one of my books already! :j I only listed them yesterday lunchtime so I'm really chuffed with that! That's another £3 for the overdraft, I feel like I'm on a bit of a roll here!

I've got about eight items due to finish tomorrow on ebay so hopefully that will make a few more pennies as well. I went over to my mum and dad's last night as well and my dad gave me a handful of coppers (he knows I collect them so always gives them to me), and a filled up loyalty card for Cafe Nero, meaning that I can get myself a free coffee at lunch after I post my parcels! Bless he's so lovely! :A

Well better get on with work I suppose, I'm sure I'll be back on later to update again though! x

sounds like you're on a roll, keep up the good work. Is green metropolis easy to list books on? i've got quite a few that i need to sell and never really get around to doing anything with them cept for almost giving them away at carboots.

Thanks girls! Yes, its really easy, you just put in the ISBN and that's about it. You can only get a set price of £3 per book (for heavier ones you can add a bit for postage) but this wasn't really an issue for me as some of my books were quite a bit older anyway! x

Well this afternoon I transferred £7 from my current account towards my debts, and then I got home and had a cheque for £30 from Globaltestthemarket for the surveys I've been doing.

First thing tomorrow that will be paid into my overdraft, so that's £52 down already! :j

Lots more ebay items finishing tomorrow so hopefully that will be another chunk off! :D

Going to have another listing session tonight if I get the time. Today was a LSD, only spent around £8 towards postage for the ebay items (which I've already had the money for).

Here's to another good day tomorrow! x

Well I managed to list three more items on ebay last night, not as many as I wanted but they were "higher value" items (a leather jacket, a designer handbag and a Monsoon dress with tags) so hopefully it is better than lots of cheaper items :j

I am off to pay my £30 cheque in at lunchtime, and can't wait to start seeing that overdraft come down. I've got about eight items finishing on ebay today as well, so hopefully they will bring it down a bit more. :T

Feeling really positive today, just like that Passat advert (if anyone's not seen it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qW1JFvvlMgk ) :rotfl:

So come on people, turn that frown upside down! :D x

Thanks Yukkibear, I'm feeling really glad that I faced up to the debts and started this diary. It definitely focuses me knowing that I have to come on here and confess my sins! :rotfl: x
