  • Im excited for you lol

Last month I ended up (somehow I have no idea how) with an extra 200 in my account after the bills, spent £50 on a new duvet, pillows, covers and cushions and £20 on a new shelf for my room so i really know what you mean about a more positive outlook on your home. Its well deserved I think !

This month Ill have £300+ extra after all the monthly bills but I have decided to pay all my gas/electric arrears (that arent in my signature :p) off.

 we are all doing great

Hi guys, first things first...the surplus is still there lol

onto something slightly un MSE...DS biological dad contacted me yesterday and asked to see him. Talk about shock to the system!! Rather than fighting the urge to run for the hills, I remained calm and left the decision to DS...

He said 'not just now, ask me again when I'm 10'

Which I though was very grown up lol

Howinever, OH is now feeling a bit vulnerable, incase he 'loses' him to his real dad, and im panicking that I'll be portrayed as the baddie when they do meet.

I dont know why Im so worried, he has done this before and never followed through with actually meeting him, and it will prob be the same this time. Talk about freaked out though!!!

Anyhow, rant over, Im off to do my shopping list!

  • Hi Kirsten
Well done on remaining calm. I have no advice for your situation, you know what's likely to happen so all you can do is protect you and yours.

    Surplus is good !
Hope you have a leisurely BH planned.

    Hey

I would have been in the same situation as your child a few years ago. I choose not to see him because if didnt want me when i was growing up he shouldnt get to see me as an adult and try to mess me up :p Plus as you and your OH have raised your son, hell not be happy about you being made out to be the bad guy and wont accept it. Had that from my otherside of the family aswell. Dont worry about it =)
