Thanks BabyHead, I am very pleased with how the figures are looking at the moment, hope I can keep up!!

I have managed to scrounge together the £380 for the stupid ann summers thing, that I dont even owe. Havent been able to find the proof of postage and I called the debt company who say that there is no discounts available on the cost. I will just have to swallow my pride and pay for it. Totally sucks!!

We were supposed to be using that money towards the flights for our holiday in october, going to Lanzarote, but the villa over there is FOC, just flights. Had it all planned out but now will prob have to take it out of the savings and put it back in as and when we have it. Luckily OH is going to help out with that so it might not affect my debt busting too much.

    AAAAARGH!!

Plus I didnt do any ebay over the weekend, or any tidying...i lazed about the whole time and now feel so guilty about it!!! must work harder, I have been doing so well, and if i want the OD paid by xmas, i need to get my rear end in gear!

I guess subconciously (sp?) The Ann Summers thing played on your mind, can knock you you down, just as long as you get back up. Still keep battering that debt !
Lazy weekends are allowed, they have to be because I just had the laziest week !
Still think you are winning :)

  • Hi Kirsten

Benidorm sounds great - something to look forward to!

Still dithering which breadmaker to get, there seems so many!

Sorry to hear your mom is feeling so poorly still and sending positive cyber vibes for her ct scan.

Typical weather with the zoo! We too had a lazy weekend it was just lovely to relax with the kids.

Have been doing the usual with clicks but have decided to wait until after our holiday, (1st one in three years!!) and back to school, before I tackle anything else!!

Well done with your debtbusting. Keep it up x

    Hi guys,

DC, you're right about the Ann Summers thing, niggling away at me, need to get rid of it, from my mind and stuff if you know what I mean! It wont affect my totals but i might feel a bit more into it. Here's hoping anyways!!

Yummy, the breadmaker is definately a good idea and im still swithering, let me know your thoughts when you do get one, it might help me make up my mind! The zoo was fun, but none of the animals wanted to play!! even the penguins looked a bit fed up, and decided not to come on their walk!

MIemie, welcome to my humble abode!! Any words of encouragement (and kicks up the rear end) are gratefully appreciated, thanks for your kind note! I am certainly in it for the long haul me thinks!!

Im off to update my grocery challenge...did VERY well but need a recipe to use up some haddock fillets that were discounted...hm, fishcakes possibly?
