    Thanks very much guys!!

sorry I havent been on for a couple of days, my mums still in hospital so i have been visiting her outside of work!! She had o have a biopsy which is a bit of a worry.

Anyway...my list (I have lists for everything, slightly obsessive, if im worried about something, i have to put it in a list of stuff!! Even in the middle of the night!)

    - mow the front garden (the back is beyond help and needs a proffesional!!) started to rain after i raked
    - list 10 ebay items (nope!!)
    - get shoeboxes and plastic envelope things - all bought, just waiting for delivery
    - buy printer so I can print my own postage...cheaper in the long run than paying to get to post office! and so ican print the mystery shop stuff out - just need to set it up now, very pretty!
    - buy egg replacer for banana cake (£5.50!!! aaaargh!)
    - visit mum (still in the hospital) (done)
    - do mystery shop at night (loadsa fun!)
    - transfer paypal money (only £10 cos i used some of the rest for packing stuff)

Had a really good time on saturday night, never been to that club before but will def go again, was pretty amazing, they had men juggling fire and everything!

Moving on to the utilities, works out that i am £70 in credit with gas...but that they had the wrong meter for my electric so the estimated bills have been based on a meter reading that started way less than my actual meter, so they are going to take the reading i gave them about 18 months ago to now and esimate my usage in the meantime, which should definately also work out in my favour. (at the mo I am £400 in credit, but that may not stay the same, I am aiming for £100!!)

Please kick my rear end tonight guys, only have one thing listed on ebay and i must change my home inurance usng cashback!!

    Hi Kirstenc

Looking forward to your update as usual. I have continued to do the normal with quidco and Topcashback but havent got round to scratches or other stuff yet. It looks as though I'm going to have to wait for the girls to go back to school first.

Have decided to invest in a breadmaker and start cooking from scratch to save much needed pennies.

Have found some great free sessions at the local library on my days off for the girls. :T Just wish the weather was better !!!

It's natural for your mom to want to go back to work and get some normality back into her life. It beats sitting around thinking about things that might not be, if you know what I mean. I had a similar experience a few years back and this is exacly what I did, much to the anxiety of family and friends. Fingers crossed everything is okay.

Not sure what Grocery thread is but will invesigate and I have a bit more time.

do surveys in inbox (got some toluna and l/speed points)
review 5 things on dooyoo (maybe each thing i list i should review??) (did one!!)
meet pregnant friend for lunch (went to hers...no spending!)
print postage for 3 ebay things (OH done)
take big things to post office (OH again!)
do some washing (one load, but its better than nothing)

My mum didnt get out of the hospital today, instead she had an 'inconclusive' xray, and is booked for CT scan tomorrow. shes getting very depressed to be honest and isnt feeling great either.

On a lighter note, my lightspeed points are creeping up and i might redeem in the next few weeks, and a payment for £10 mystery shop is due in the next couple of days. :T

In have decided to tackle ebay room by room...starting with our bedroom, plenty stuff up here to sell, and I will decorate  at the same time!! (perhaps not decorate...maybe move around and freshen up the paintwork!)

Took DS to Edinburgh Zoo today and it rained...the whole time

We were supposed to be visiting family in England, but as my mum is still unwell, we decided to stay home, so still cheaper!! and I did a MS in the train station, and got cashback for the tickets, all in all a good day!!

Got the £10 MS money which was a welcome bonus, went straight into the overdraft, I cant wait til that extra money can actually go towards new stuff and not things I have already bought if you know what I mean!!

My friend is having a hen weekend in benidorm next year, april, and I have decided that I will go. £300, but all inclusive, and a well deserved treat methinks!!
