Magnificent Monday ~Crabby kitchen! Done Toots!

Twinkly Tuesday ~ Living room, hall and Stairs Done Toots!
Thursday Thrills ~ Bathroom, Cruddy study & Loos!! Done Toots!
Friday finale! ~ Childrens roomies, spare roomios and any neglected rooms! Done Toots!

5 things to achieve for the week : 4 hearts please Toots!
[strike]Make a start on turbolisting things (minimum ten by Saturday)[/strike]
Mow (strim!) the entire lawn it's been a bit too wet to do this, and the grass is about a foot high :(
[STRIKE]Clean hutch including the ground below[/STRIKE]
[strike]Get all paperwork under control and filed[/strike]
[STRIKE]Mop the kitchen and hallway this time (keep failing)[/STRIKE]

MACAW to keep on top of the dishes after each meal and while cooking too. Getting better all the time! I hope to continue this next week.

First time getting all the stars! Wish I could have gotten all the 5 things as well. Oh well!
I've got to go out into town now which I really don't feel like doing. Son has decided he wants to buy a game, even though it means no pocket money for the next two weeks (yes I have given him an advance)
Hmm I hope he's not moaning next that he has no money and the game is boring or whatever.
Not really looking forward to six weeks with kids both home, no time to myself as it is. Oh well I'll just have to have a better routine.

    Afternoon all

Only just got on the computer because DS was here but he's gone back home now so it's free. I'd rather he was still here though.

I've got one load of washing hung round indoors. It has rained really hard today.

I've tidied up since DH went on his fishing holiday this morning but I'm going to leave actual cleaning until tomorrow.

Toots, I completed all the lists this week before my computer said No. I did post it somewhere but I'm not surprised you missed it with all the posts you have to keep up with:)

Been to see mum and now she has a large bruise on her left arm. Staff said it was there yesterday but it wasnt documented as I asked to see her notes. They are also filling an accident form in. I dont suspect abuse at the moment as I know mum can get agitated and fling herself about. Ive never had any concerns before. Went to see DD and took her more paracetamol etc. Her symptoms are an upset tummy, sore throat and headache. Advised her of precautions and hygiene.

    Dailies done
    recyclying out
Washing put away and stuff out of washer hung on airer.

Going to have something to eat then do the bathroom.

rach Hope DH feels better soon.
toots Sorry to hear about your disturbed night. Hope you are resting.

    New Weekly Challenge...
[STRIKE]clearout under the stairs[/STRIKE] DONE! A heart please toots!
read a book at bedtime at least 3 times per week (1x achieved)
File CD's into the box you bought especially for them and take them out of the carrier bag they are in!

To do list in conjunction with weekly challenge above
    Take ebay photos and upload
    late planting
    Make cabbage collars
    cellar

Feel a bit sad now motorbike jacket has gone and been collected by a lovely ebayer who should make better use of it than me. Funny how some things make me feel more sentimental than others do! Still better for someone else to use it than me not to use it for another 3 years!

Bathroom completed and all 5 days now done for at least the third week running now! :j Maybe 4 or 5 weeks in a row now, I've lost count now and I am doing much better than I was a year ago when I hardly ever cleaned and never cleaned the windows or kitchen! The house doesn't take so long to do now as have been flying since the beginning of the year and I have got the HHC into my head and they help me complete the task even if it goes on for longer!

OH may a few swine flu symptoms we have just realised for the last few weeks and he very hot. He feels a bit better today so here's hoping if they are they are mild and gone now.

Now lets see what exciting things to do now, ironing or sort cd's -how exciting!

Valli - sorry but I'm disagreeing with you now. I think the thanks button should be used because somebody has made a post which is either useful, supports a good argument, is funny, whatever but made you appreciate it. Not as a bookmark system. A pen and paper to write down the page/post you are on serves just aswell. Thanks on this forum are often worthless and do not help you evaluate say on the savings thread if the person has posted good info before or not. I also think that you should be able to go back and unthank a post if you thought it was a good deal but proved not to be.

I'm not even in a grumpy mood!

Time for a cuppa and then see what I feel like doing next.
Dusty the point I am making is for another button to bookmark so that it can be used as an alternative to thanks actually...either that or a 'view first unread' which actually takes you to the first post you haven't read. I am quite happy not to thank but in threads I am trying to keep up with if I thnk I can find where I was much more quickly.

That must be worrying for you Boddy. Can you talk to your Mum about it at all to see what she says about how it happened or is she not up to that?

That sounds like she's got it to me! But then I'm not a doctor

Fortunately, the rain has held off so far so bedding is back on the Dysoned mattress. Actually really tempted fate and put another load out which dried in about an hour it's so windy.

Have sorted out the photos from last night and emailed the link to sis et al.
