    The only improvement thats happened with my online banking is my piggy icon next to my ISA has re-appeared!!
    What more could a girl want!

  • My on-lin account is showing extra web savers (sadly with no money in) - rang up and apprently they are trying to improve customer experience side of the site and its caused a few hiccups! Told to try again in 48 hours - grrrr.

    I am having problems too. I can get into the accounts but can't transfer money between accounts or pay bills. Wonder how many customers are affected.

    BTW although its not mentioned on this thread I take it that you are all aware that Halifax and Lloyds are merging (or something) computor wise over the 10th/11th September as it was mentioned on another thread and thats what it causing the problems.
    Mortgage and Debt free but need to increase savings pot. :think:
  • Has anyone else got payments set up for other peoples Halifax accounts where the names have disappeared, with just account numbers viewable?

    that could be interesting!

    It is on the BBC website that they are having problems, your case shows they are having quite a few.

    How did you manage to get into your account?
    I cannot login at all, I don't even have an option to login, I get this error message on the screen since yesterday:

    Press Ctrl+F5 together to clear your browser's cache and try again.

    I always log in from the home page, and have had no issues with actually logging into online banking itself
    Debt free and staying that way! :beer:
