Just wanted to let you know that my 'short' has been resolved.

I guess with all the extra publicity on national telly recently, there's going to be a few more hiccoughs..shame tho, but I do think they work hard to sort things out eventually.

I love the subs the 2 posters received. I am so glad that I always tick the no subs.
I had a few items missing on my last lot but opened it as I was going out & completely forgot when I came back to contact them.
It would be nice if the order system was up to date with the stock list so that you know, I would be mighty peeved at the heavy stuff not being available as you could then order something different.

i looked on their website today and there seems to be very little apart from cup a soup and couscous in stock. it is not worth it for me to order anything at the moment. it is a shame.

noticed they're selling 1 litre Ribena for £1.99, someone in the Ribena thread says it's £1.38 in Tesco.

Although I did tick no substitutions, with my order today instead of the mushroom pasta in sauce I received mushroom risotto.
I actually hate risotto, the rice is kinda, too sloppy for my taste, but the general idea was OK.

Of course this could have been a genuine oversight as it did not say anything on the order form.

Have you seen the fancy Dolfin chocolate they have? Looked on the website and its selling point is that it is top quality product & perfect for the "thoughtful letdown":rotfl:

Received my order today which I am quite pleased with.

I do accept substitutions which I got on a couple of items.

I ordered the 2kg box of Delfin dark chocoate but received the one with caramalized hazelnuts but it is still quite nice (just as well as I read on another site that these contain 400 squares!).

I ordered the case of 24 Couscous on the main page but received 24 Spice Fusion instead of 12 and 12 Roasted Vegetable ones. I have never even tried Couscous so that may end up going to the next door neighbour.

I did get a Lucky Box which was advertised as being free but was charged £2 for it but it was filled with lots of different things and is worth at least £5+ so that wasn't too bad.

All packed really well so many thanks to Rob for the variety in the lucky box and the good packaging.
