The pea and ham soup was advertised as "de-identified" so cannot see anyway to do that apart from having no labels on them......I would have expected no labels but do agree about the dents, I would not knowingly buy bent tinned food.

There are various de-identified products on AF and suggestions on their forum about what brands they may (or may not) be ;)

    I've been Money Tipped!
Some were asking what they could to with the black/white plastic tape that is wrapped around the outer delivery boxes.

If you grow anything that needs tying to a cane etc then cut these into small strips, wrap them around the cane and whatever you want tying to it and pop a staple in the end to keep both ends together.

Its also sad that you can critise AF while stating you have never used them ! so your comments are worthless !
So until you use them ...... keep stum !
You remind me of the people we see coming out of Aldi/Lidl etc with the shopping packed into M&S bags ! :rotfl:
As a rebuttal to your sad post ...............
Received our latest order this week , all correct and well packed !
the glass bottles were bubble wrapped for extra packing !
Well Done AF and the Staff :T:T:T

Slightly over the top reply? , the posters comments as with everyone elses on this forum are not worthless . and they do have some very valid points .

i do find it funny that no one is allowed to criticise this company no matter what yet other food retailers are fair game .........I think AP , have done a great job on the PR front and seem to be everyones friend;)

All the stuff I bought was suppose to be de-identified but I can clearly see the supermarkets name visible on the packets.

I just wanted to bring it to peoples attention no labels. My major moan was dented tins.

If it had said dented tins I would not have touched them. I don't even eat soup so I am slightly worried that the seals of the can my be compromised. And as they are suppose to be ok to August 2011 and by that time might not be safe.

Maybe people are a little defensive of them. Even though lots of people have had severe delays in the past and the odd leaky/squashed thing, I guess we think the owners and staff are very friendly, fun and helpful. I should imagine a fair amount of orders come from MSE'rs and they are good to us with freebies and codes etc :)

I unfortunately haven't been able to afford to place an order for a few months, but as soon as I can I'll be straight on there! I just hope they still have the cous cous! I've had a couple things out of stock, but the subs were always something suitable. The only thing i don't like is that my delivery cost is for highlands of Scotland, when actually I'm not in the highlands. But it goes by postcode, so there's not much they can do about that.

Have you spoken to Dan about that? He bends over backwards, I'm sure if you asked nicely he may agree to pop a refund of the difference over each time? Worth a shot :)

The site always quotes Highlands cost for me too..........

And I am in SOUTHAMPTON!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I just click on the correct postage rate and it goes through okay.

I assumed that Highlands cost just happens to be the default setting???
