my order that I placed on thursday is being delivered on Tuesday. I've never had a delivery at the weekend so wasn't expecting it on bank hol Monday.
There should be a packing list in the box and if anything has become out of stock and been substituted or refunded there should be a note on it. I check off the items and tick and count the number as I unload the box, and it's quite usual to get 9 packets together then 3 hidden in a crevice out of 12 ordered.
Do not expect the little boxes to not have the bottom fall out of them if you try and lift them up to the table! I pick stuff out individually to avoid having a tin on your toe. It's fun :D I enjoy my parcels and the delivery driver is nice too.

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with Approved Foods?....
No, it isn't :o My first order about two weeks ago, came an item short & I've still only had automated responses to my two emails. OK, it's only 49p but...

I got a text this morning from Dan with a tracking number on it ( first time I have) but it isn't recognised, am I too early or something, hoping my parcel isn't due until tuesday, but it's been packed already.
The number in my text was shorter than the one the office sent by email.

my parcel arrived safely via a freelance white van man. It was about 15kg light though as 24 bottles of 500ml water were out of stock and 12 bars of soap had been substituted for it.
I don't wash in it

Also OOS Lloyd G 2kg tomato & chili sauce, got 5 mini bags of muesli instead.

    miffed. :(

    and I didn't get a text.

Speaking of substitutions - 2 x Mixed berry sports drinks OOS - substituted with 1 x Active Fat burner capsules (to go with the peanut brittle, peanut butter and carrot cake mix I suppose........)
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

Did you get the postage back? I haven't been putting down any substitutes- I should do that. Mine was ok today- the smoothies are really good and I'm glad to have lots of little apple juices for lunches.

    no.

I listed substitutes that were acceptable and soap wasn't on it.

I think they should offer a price on 10kg or 15kg postage.

I've said no substitutions on mine for the last few orders because the switches are ridiculous.

How the heck are 12 bars a soap a good sub for 24 bottles of water and Raksha's sub just had me chuckling. A cheeky sub in line with your other items if ever I saw one.

AP foods has been great for my budget and I love ordering from them but it isn't without a few niggles along the way. Still, anything I'm really unhappy about has been sorted eventually.

Has anyone ordered the Lucky Box today?

It says free lucky box one per customer but it has £2 at the bottom and charges £2 in your basket.

The last lucky box I had was absolutely not worth it.
