i just got my bank statement and you have only sent cashback for 6 months of 192.00, and not 9 months cashback of 288.00. As you know i was told to follow the terms & conditions that i received with my order, and that was to claim at months 9 and 12. i did that by sending all 9 bills, and had to make an appeal that you requested of sending a copy of my t&c. Then you agreed with my case.
Now you have only sent me money for 6 months, i have contacted you so many times now and still i have not got my money back. PLEASE SEND MY FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THE FULL 9 MONTHS ASAP.0 -
at least you got cashback, more than a lot of others did0

are the mobile outlet likely to go bust? is there any cancellation rights after the 7 day distance selling reg's?0
-
i want to get out of the mobile outlet contract after 3 weeks what can i do ? cancel direct debit?0
-
your contract is with the phone network not mobile outlet they are just a broker. If you cancel the direct debit the network will sell the debt to a debt collection company who will chase you for the money. If you have been with them for three weeks I don't think there is a lot you can do, somebody on here may answer who is more informed than me. All I can suggest is give the network a call and talk to them, If you want to cancel because of financial problems due to say redundancy;) they may help you out.0

Hi,
I sent off the first 4 bills for my first cashback installment, but I've got a bad feeling that I won't be receiving the £140 that I'm due... I sent the forms off nearly a month ago and haven't heard back from them yet which is worrying.. Should I be expecting a letter anytime soon? Could someone that's had a response from them before tell me how long it takes for them to reply or send the money?
I sent them an email a week after sending off the bills and this was their reply:
Hi
Your documents are not yet appearing on our system. We are currently experiencing a back log of 2 weeks. If you have sent your claim recently please contact us after this time.
Kind Regards

Will this affect the result of my cashback claim - would they use this as an excuse to say that they received my forms after the deadline of 21 days??
Thanks in advance!0 -
