The site looks genuine enough, but the small print always catches you out.
https://www.e2save.com are way better. Had a few problems with them but that was resolved. Due to the fact they are resellers of the carphonewarehouse i decided to take with them. Samsung D600 with 1000 minutes. Cashback did work, Even though i sent of for it 1 month too late.
My contract is soon to expire in the next three moths and i had a look at this company doing a bit of back round research and it brought me here:p.Barry Deepson.0 -
My first 6 months is about to come up with the next bill. 'THEN' I will find out what they are like with sending their cashback. I'll let people know how I get on.
I have sent a handful of messages to them over the last few months. I always get the standard reply saying that they are busy, and will reply soon. On about half the occassions, they have not replied at all. The other half, they HAVE replied, and addressed my question appropriately.
But the real test comes shortly with the cashback....
Cheers,

I would recommend that anybody interested in TMO, reads this thread: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=130782&highlight=mobile+outlet
Many of us have had enormous problems with the company but they have actually been responding and have set up a new e-mail address to deal with forum queries.
What seems to have happened is that in July they changed their T&C and demanded that people send off the despatch note along with the bills. Of course, most of us were not aware of this change, so our claims were wrongly rejected. However, the whole situation was very hit and miss - I got my first claim accepted, whereas my husband's was rejected. We even took TMO to the small claims court and were still ignored. But we did finally get all our money back (well all my husband's) via this forum.
I am about to send off my 11th bill as part of my own cash back claim, and am hoping that everything will go through without problems. I will report back in 2 months time....0 -
Hi Everyone,
I have just had a big dispute with mobile checker as on their website it states the T&C's but they have changed since i took out my contract and cannot find the copy of my original T&C's. (if i ever had one)!!
if anybody does have a copy i would be most grateful if you could possibly email this to me.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! i just need to chuck it back in their lying faces!!!0 -
AVOID!!!!!
I received the first 6 month refund, by sending all 6 bills. My 12 month refund was rejected as they said the terms state that "forward to us your 11 and 12 months bill, again this must be within 21 days from the date shown on each of these bills"
I sent them together within the time period. BUT!!!! it means they should be sent separately with each being in 21 days.
I have seen there have been several different terms and conditions issued. They are VERY CLEVER in wording to deliberately mislead! I suppose they have to, or they would'nt make any money.0 -
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I totally agree with you. I am considering taking legal action.nutdale wrote:AVOID!!!!!

I've been waiting since August 29 for my cashback, after several phone calls, e-mails, letters no luck. I sent an e-mail to the forum queries address and it was returned 'undeliverable', hope you have got yours, maybe there is hope for us all?? If not, please keep us up to date on how you get on in the small claims court, as this is my next and final option.j03 wrote:I received an e,ail stating that my 6 month cashback would be sent within 28 days, the 28th day was last Thursday so tried to call them today - was put in a queue so hung up...will try again tomorrow.
